The color is beautiful The light itself is worth the whole fan. It’s incredible, dimmable, has night light feature and is fully operational through the remote. The fan speed - wow! My old one never could have dreamed of cooling off our room like this one does. It has 6/7 settings, I’m not sure because I’ve never put it past 4, you’d freeze yourself out, which is the whole reason you’re reading reviews on fans, right? This is actually a really good fan. I spent a lot of time searching fans and in this price budget, this one is a no brainer. My room is 15' x 15' and this fan is good for that. The remote provides customability which makes it easy to use. Please note that if you are getting this fan as primary light in your room, then I would recommend something else (possibly the 4 bulb fans). Light is not the brightest but that wasn't my concern as I have 4 potlights in my room. Also the blades are flippable with black one side and wooden another side. ... show more

Nice fan for the money. Very quiet, sleek looking and easy install. My only complaint is the instructions for getting the phone app to work so you can control it remotely. I still haven’t figured it out. Edit: I took a star away because although there is a “1” setting for the fan, I would not describe that speed as “low.” Even that setting moves a lot of air, and I can tell that in the winter, in not going to be able to use it because it moves too much air. ... show more

Where to start... While this fan looks good and is packaged well that is about it. The settings are laughable. The lowest fan setting is as high as the high on our other fans. The direction function is a nightmare. You never know which way it will go when trying to change fan direction . The instructions are sufficient but not clear enough. While putting the fan blades on it wasn't clear what side to put the felt washers on. Then some of the screw holes were too large or small and the screws either stripped the hole or the screw head was about to strip. I wouldn't recommend this fan unless you will never change the setting again. Biggest issues were the fan speed and directional change. ... show more
