    • Cheaper alternative to foodsaver branded bags

These work great!!!! I use them when I buy bulk chicken thighs and steak. I seal off a meal at a time and freeze them these bags work better than the Kirkland brand I was getting at costco. I would say they are on par with the foodsaver brand as they feel much softer and I rarely get bad seals with them. I also use them to seal up steaks and any other meat I am looking to preserve. I should add I am using a 14 year old machine (foodsaver v2122) and these work amazing. Highly recommend. Great material design helps remove air and prevent freezer burn. The small channels in the plastic are nice. Food stays fresh so much longer. Easy to use, and to make a size that fits each job. Functions just fine, seals great. Will purchase again for future vacuum sealing!

If you do a lot of vacuum sealing, these rolls provide a good benefit of custom sizes. The quality is good, but you do have to cut the bag to the desired size and seal one end before completing the vacuum process to seal the food. It's a little extra work, but in the long run, it saves wasted precut/pre-sealaed bag size space. It is a bit cumbersome to use the roll in a smaller vacuum sealer because of the length of the roll, but it is a small inconvenience. ... show more

I recently purchased these vacuum seal bags to use with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer, and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. Here are some key points from my experience: Performance: These bags work flawlessly with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. The sealing process is just as efficient as with the original FoodSaver bags. Every seal has been airtight, keeping my food fresh for much longer. I haven’t experienced any issues with leaks or compromised seals. Size and Quality Perfect. The size of these bags is exactly the same as the original FoodSaver bags, making them a convenient replacement. One notable difference is that the roll of these bags is thicker than the original FoodSaver rolls. This is because you get more bags in each roll, which is great for long-term use. Due to the thicker roll, it doesn’t fit into the FoodSaver storage area initially. However, once you use enough of the roll, it will fit perfectly into the designated storage area of the vacuum sealer. Overall, I highly recommend these vacuum seal bags for anyone looking to save money without sacrificing quality. They provide excellent performance and durability, and the only minor inconvenience is the initial fit in the storage area. I'm on my second order of these vacuum bag rolls. I have a Cabela's vacuum sealer, and these work perfectly in it. I personally like the flexibility of making my own bags in custom sizes. They seal great and I'm hoping I can simmer frozen corn on the cob in them. The description makes me believe it'll work, so I'll update my review after trying. Fingers crossed! ... show more
