I really like these grip units. These came with foam covers for all grip units and they look nice. I was worried that these may not be hard enough. I had no idea what my old grip units are rated at, but they are to easy for my needs. Comparing my old units to these new units, they appear to be 75-80 lbs. I deadlift 405 pounds with a over & over grip (not a over and under grip that I use for heavier lifts and in meets) without using wrist straps. I use the 200 lb and 250 lb grip units for my forearm exercises / grip training. I cannot squeeze the 250 lb units to wear the handles touch. The 300 lb and 350 lb grip units are way to hard for me presently. So, I am very happy with the range of these units.

These things are great, with all the resistance levels, for all the forearms. I looked for a while before I found a set of these with any weight over 250. It takes about 300psi to crush a lemon so keep that goal in mind. These, like all grip stength trainers are slightly too big for my little baby hands, so I cant get a grip on them while using the cushions they come with meaning the metal tears up my hands, but that's ok because these thing are great for training grip. With practice over time you will need all the different resistance levels this product comes with. Enjoy becoming popeye my dudes!
