This is a nice, well made set. This set has more sizes than I'll ever need but the price makes it worth it to have them all. Would be a great kit for an oil change shop.

Size: 5-Piece Oil Filter Wrench Set
The set includes 4 adjustable wrenches that should cover from 2.75" through 5.25". It's hard to imagine a size that isn't covered. The wrench is slipped over the filter and then rotated up to 90 degrees to tighten onto the filter. The handle can be rotated 90 degrees to vertical to allow use in tight spots. With all that said, the extra room to adjust, etc. might make it impossible in very tight cases. There is also an adjustable pliers type wrench in the set. This would require a filter that is easy to get to. Finally, all of these items are in a sturdy plastic case that is ideal for storage and transport. If you work on cars often or just want to cover the bases for occasional work this set would be hard to beat. ... show more

The two particular vehicles we own require specific 27 mm wrenches and the casing around the actual filter is not metal (it's a hard plastic), so sometimes the wrench can slip if you don't have a good grip. That's where these new oil filter wrenches come in! I absolutely love the fact they have multiple sizes to choose from and the wrench that fit our oil filter casings bit down on that casing nicely and turned it with no problem. Having various size wrenches will also allow me to help my friends if they need an oil change and have different size filters. All of the wrenches in this set are very good quality and flex like they're supposed to, with a good bite grip on the oil filter. They are very easy to use and perform just as good as the more expensive ones. The actual carrying case is nothing special, just made of plastic. But the wrenches themselves look and feel like very good quality and will probably last a very long time. ... show more
