Why didn’t I know about these since I was a child? They look like a regular hairbrush but claim to have intelligent bristles. Daisy and I each used one and decided we were never using our old combs and brushes again. Her hair felts when dry and is so hard to unsnarl. Mine stretches and rips when wet. We used this both wet and dry and it just glides through. She even sat and brushed her hair fifteen minutes beyond when it was smooth as silk.

Hallelujah! The Lord heard my cry! Before this hair brush, I would go multiple days without washing my hair because I just didn’t want to DEAL with the mass tangled clumps of wet hair that emerged. Before this brush, I would spend at least 20 minutes brushing my hair. (I have fine hair, but it is wavy and very thick.) Today I washed my hair and made sure I did everything exactly the same. This brush cleaned up my hair in 30 seconds. No joke. I’m in awe. I was very suspicious of the claims that the thin bristles were what worked, as thin bristled brushes usually NEVER work in my hair, but I am SHOOK. They really do work!

I've been using a wide tooth comb for years because I lose a lot of hair with traditional brushes. I read about Wet Brush in a review for the Aquis hair towel so I searched on Amazon and when I saw they had an Ariel design, I couldn't click on the Buy Now button fast enough. I received my Ariel Wet Brush a couple weeks ago and fell in love with how gentle it is while being super effective at detangling (way better than my comb). I still see a few strands on the Wet Brush but it's much, much less than I get with the wide tooth comb and I don't get tugging on my scalp. I've already ordered the Jasmine, Belle, Elsa & Anna Wet Brushes to keep in my purse, cars and work desk. Also got the version with hook for the shower. Works perfect for distributing conditioner in hair. Just remember that it isn't safe to use hair dryers with the original detangler as the heat could ruin the bristles. One should get the Speed Dry or Flex Dry version or one of their new round brushes with heat resistant bristles for blow drying.

This works just as well as my first Wet Brush at detangling hair with little to no pain. The handle though, while the same shape as the one I have with the detachable mirror, is much flatter. So it's kinda weird to hold onto. I don't know if a kid using it would have the same problem? But it's weird getting a good grip on it with my hands while brushing my hair. Edit, 2021/07/31: First the side of the plastic part near the handle had a big crack. Early this morning, the actual handle just snapped off where there weren't any visible cracks before. Lasted about four months.

Ok, so I've been purchasing the knock off version of these brushed bc I didnt want to spend the money. I finally gave in as hairbrushing time with a 6 year old can drive any parent insane... this was the best purchase ever. I still think the bristles look the same as the cheaper ones but somehow they work differently bc the kid didn't complain nearly as much as she usually does. She stood still. There were no tears...highly recommend!!!

Best brush ever, hands down, for my thin, wavy, very easily tangled hair. I have tried many brushes and was given one of these as a gift years ago, couldn’t believe the difference it made with tangles. After a while it broke and I got one that claimed similar skills but it wasn’t nearly as good, took ages to get tangles out. And that one broke so I got another one of these and am now a firm believer that I won’t try anything else. Works with wet and dry hair. And Olaf is just the icing on the cake.

I was talking to friends about how hard it is to brush my 6-year-old's thick and VERY long hair. It's a daily struggle with full on screaming (because it hurts, not because she's mad) and I was actually considering cutting her hair. Some moms told me about these brushes so I decided to pick a fun one...Olaf because who doesn't love Olaf and he's reading which my little one loves books. Used it for the first time yesterday and not one scream, not one tear. It glided over the tangles like a dream and when I had to work on some tangles it barely tugged her hair. She loves it, I love that she loves it...definite game changer and wish I had found it five years ago! So thankful...I'm now going to buy one for myself!
