These pillow inserts are OK, but I'm not sure I would say they are truly great. The packaging was something of a problem - they were shrink-packaged together in one bag, so tightly that I was afraid I would cut one of the pillows just opening the package. Once it was open, of course each pillow was individually shrink-wrapped. The pillows did immediately begin to fluff up, which was nice. However, if you are looking for really firm pillow inserts, you might want to try something else. In addition, the stuffing does not fully fill the corners of the pillows, and this causes an issue when the pillow is put inside the pillow cover. The corners of the pillow are not completely filled out. All of that said, I will not return these because I was able to find them at a time when Amazon was offering a special price, so I thought it was a decent value for the money. Also, I don't typically use throw pillows, so these won't get a lot of use. I just needed them for some Christmas covers that will be out on the couch for a short time. If I were to use throw pillow on a regular basis, I would probably spend a little more and get a better quality, firmer pillow insert.

There’s usually not much to say about throw pillows, and this time is no different. The pillows come packaged in a vacuum sealed bag, which means you’ll want to let them breath for a day or two before using them to get rid of the smell. Once fully inflated, they have a good mount of cushion in them and seem to hold their shape pretty well. I ordered the black pillows, and they look very nice. No fading, and the color is true. Even still, I put these 20x20 pillows inside of 18x18 pillow cases to give them a nice plushy look. They fit just fine, and work out well for my couch naps. Would buy them again.

You will just love these pillow inserts … really !!! I ordered a set of two pillow inserts to put in two 18”x18” pillowcases that were gifts for my grandsons. When these arrived they were very tiny and I thought I had received an incorrect item! Turns out they were compressed, but they came with thorough and easy instructions. Even I could follow the directions … and I was amazed !!! And then I just stuffed them in the pillowcases. They were a perfect fit, looking like high end pillows from a fancy place! I was more than extremely pleased … as were the two grandchildren 👏👏 The beautiful pillows were soft and fluffy, while keeping the intended shape. Couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase !!! Also … would like to add a comment about the outstanding service from Amazon … Thank you !!!

After reading all the reviews I would like to share mine. I needed a good , almost firm insert for my outdoor pillows… my pillow case is 24x24 and I ordered 28x28 insert.. it works perfectly .. if it would be for 26x26 pillow case the filler wouldn’t be enough. I learned that by mistake ordering the same size. So for all of you who struggle.. order just a bigger insert for your pillows and you will be happy.

IKEA has a great selection of 20x20 pillow covers, but the pillow inserts they offer are terrible. They are thin, flat, and made with feathers (if you’ve ever read how pillow feathers are “harvested” you probably now have nightmares about it). I purchased the 22x22 insert size for the 20x20 IKEA covers and they are great. They aren’t as plump as I was hoping, but they are the right balance of soft and firm to be comfortable and supportive when I stack two, and they fluff well if you need them to look nice too.

I didn't realize how small these would look on our bed. I bought some cute covers for them as well. I love the look just not the size. The pillows fill in the insert well. I do with they were slightly fuller. They come in a vacuum sealed bag. They do return to their original size fairly quickly. Like I mentioned I am not a huge fan of the size on our king sized bed. I am sure they would look great on a queen or smaller.

I’m pleasantly shocked by how comfortable these pillows are! I needed them for decorative purposes to put inside velvet holiday covers, and intended to keep them on my couch. They’re so comfortable I have instead moved them to my bed. They’re very soft and squishy and great for snuggly lazy lounge days. Super lightweight. 10/10 would order again.

Purchased as filler throw pillows. They came in vacuum seal and plumped up a bit after a day but to give them some more body, I put them in the dryer for 20 minutes and they puffed up quite a bit. Would recommend this to get the most body out of your pillows. After that, they filled out the cases I have quite nicely and look really good on our guest bed.
