Very inconsistent water temperature. While in the shower water temperature fluctuates from 87 to 136 nearly max temperature which is 140. I have new well pump new controller and new pressure switch pressure 40-60psi not worth the $$$ for house hold use

Just finished the installation about an hour ago so too soon to tell but seems to be working well so far. Particularly like that it functions with lower pressure so I can use both taps on my sinks. There were two small issues in the setup - first was that when we removed the caps to connect the water lines there was water dripping from both connectors - not sure why a new unit would already have had water in it - testing maybe? Don't know but wasn't expected. Second issue was that the Westinghouse app to control the unit's smart functions is not available on Android (the store says it's not available because it was made for an older version of Android). After some searching I found that I could connect the unit to Alexa and access the remote functions with the SmartLife app. At any rate it's installed and working so far, I'll try to remember to update this review once I've had more time to spend with it.

It's a 4 star for now, not saying it wont be a 5 or so later. It is a hassle running all the wires that is probably the hardest thing of all honestly. Once you wire it up and turn the breakers on its really plug and play. Changing the water temperature is super user friendly it was smooth as can be. But that's all good and dandie but from a 60 degree day in a Michigan style basement (if you know you know) the water went into the unit at 58-60 degrees and it took approx. 2-3 minutes to heat up. That is more than reasonable in my opinion all things considering. The only downside so far and I could be wrong but I think it relies on water flow to turn on the unit to heat and the flow has to be significant. I have well water, so my pressure isn't the greatest and that's on me not the units fault. But was taking a shower and the water was wrong until it wasn't anymore. It cut out and went cold on me, but then I went downstairs and the unit wasn't even acknowledging flow. So, I decided to turn the bathroom sink faucet on hot and the shower and then I had no interruptions. All that being said thats my negative but I will update as I break unit it.

I installed this for my customer who had a tight budget. It has been working flawlessly for about 2 months now. Installation was easy and water temp/flow is working as it's supposed to.

This thing is terrific. I set the water temperature at 116 degrees and don't need to turn on the cold water anymore unless I need just cold water. No more having to mix hot and cold to get the right temperature.
