Don’t ever purchase extended warranties from anything from Amazon. It’s a joke. I have a business account and everybody gives you the runaround. I’ll never purchase any insurance policy anymore no extended warranties.

Bought the N-210 for a 5 Bedroom 4 bath house. No issues on getting hot water, works great. These units do drastically decrease your water pressure.

Although Titan should have a longer warranty than 1 year (customers should READ BEFORE they purchase) has a repair process. I bought an N120 and soon after it failed. I drove it over to the company. I tried to explain to them the problem ( didn't listen like they already knew) they looked at the warranty seal, gave me a ticket and told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I went back the next day picked it up and it has been working ever since. They really should get better at making these things. I really would like that over a one year warranty. Another thing on their website they do have a water temperature map that shows the temperature of the water for different parts of the country. The more north that you live the colder the water and the more expensive the water heater that you may need. ... show more

Replacement! We love these, size is awesome and once you get used to managing water consumption then there's nothing like taking a shower without fear of running out of hot water! It lasts forever! Lifespan of the unit isn't great though. That is my only complaint.
