  • Working great for over a year
Bought the N-210 for a 5 Bedroom 4 bath house. No issues on getting hot water, works great. These units do drastically decrease your water pressure.

Replacement! We love these, size is awesome and once you get used to managing water consumption then there's nothing like taking a shower without fear of running out of hot water! It lasts forever! Lifespan of the unit isn't great though. That is my only complaint.

  • Straight Trash
Never worked. Cost $420 for the unit plus almost $300 for wire and other materials. Would work for a couple minutes then stop. Sent it back for repairs 4 times. Kept doing the same thing. I guess for whatever reason, it trips an overheat switch. They wouldn't refund my money. I had to eat it. Now it's a conversation piece. ... show more

  • Would not recommend.
I purchased and installed this item in January 2016. It is now July and it has stopped heating properly. I contacted the company and was told to unscrew the water heater from the wall and to drop it to their office to be looked at. This was not simple at all as there are plumbing connections as well as electrical connections. This is seriously inconvenient and dangerous. If you want a tankless water heater that has an extremely short lifespan and no product support then you have found the one. ... show more

  • Should have received a new unit for the price I paid
When I opened the product the warranty void sticker had already been compromised.

  • In their defense
Although Titan should have a longer warranty than 1 year (customers should READ BEFORE they purchase) has a repair process. I bought an N120 and soon after it failed. I drove it over to the company. I tried to explain to them the problem ( didn't listen like they already knew) they looked at the warranty seal, gave me a ticket and told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I went back the next day picked it up and it has been working ever since. They really should get better at making these things. I really would like that over a one year warranty. Another thing on their website they do have a water temperature map that shows the temperature of the water for different parts of the country. The more north that you live the colder the water and the more expensive the water heater that you may need. ... show more

  • Don't waste your money on this product!
Save your money!. I purchased this unit two years ago and it failed. I spent close to $1000. adapting my home from tank to tankless water heating. The manufacturer Niagara claims a one year warranty on this product. Given my experience with water heaters, I expected at least 5 years. I incurred extra costs in disconnecting the unit and Niagara, (the manufacturer) basically told me it sucked to be me and they were not prepared to protect the image of their product. While I realize sometimes things go wrong, good customer service says the manufacturer should recognize the customer should absorb the extra costs in the premature failure of their product. Note I purchased this product from the Titan online website. ... show more

  • Buy from a more established company, support is MIA
I'll let the picture speak for itself. They don't respond via phone, they don't respond via e-mail. The unit itself works OK, but it doesn't seem to get hot enough unless I run multiple faucets/showers simultaneously. Running one shower with the unit set to max temp--it's lukewarm. If I run both showers simultaneously, they're both hotter.. it's unfortunate. ... show more
