Very poor quality. The sound is very muffled and picture quality is poor. We got it out of the box and tried to troubleshoot by watching many videos. After two days, we boxed it back up and returned it.

Works great, great original packaging, new as described. Works flawlessly with my windows laptop for homeschooling presentations etc. I am very pleased. Heads up...it does not have bluetooth connectivity to external speakers. It DOES NOT ADVERTISE THIS...I think that is the +Series, which I will probably get next time. So that's error on my end and has nothing to do with the seller, manufacturer nor product. This product is getting 5 solid stars from me. Will update if anything changes. :) ... show more

So far a great clear picture. Good sound even before we added a sound bar. The only problem I see is that it’s advertised as a voice controlled tv, but they only give you cheap plain Roku remote with no sound button. I don’t think that’s a good thing, how can it be voice controlled without the proper remote? ... show more
