I love it! Never had one before and this one performs great. I recommend it - very easy to set up, use and learn even with 0 experience and at nearly 50 and not in my best mental and physical shape and I strangely enough feel like I got it on a third try - I don’t know if it’s this one or it’s the same for all of them but I have absolutely no complaints- just a ton of joy! And battery seems to last forever - I think it’s an amazing value and generally a great idea for commuting. I wish I discovered scooters sooner - it’s really fun and I don’t care how old you are:)

The first thing I did was removed the lithium ion battery and take it to a recycling center. I put a 36v 18ah lifepo4 battery on it instead, as I don't trust any lion or polymer, 18650s etc. So I got that on there along with a seat to make it comfortable for me. So the distance I get is going to be greater than it would have been originally. I wish scooter makers would all use lifepo4 batteries. Anyway, very smooth ride with great suspension, solid and stable. It will get up and go much better than my previous sigravy scooter which only has 350w motor and 8.5" tires. But these 10" solid tires are wider and have a much better feel on this Werhy H11 pro. I took it out for a spin and reached 33mph. Headlight is brighter, nice tail light and drum brake. Torque and all that stuff can be adjusted in the app. I do plan on getting a few nicer 36v 500-1000w controllers to have around as spares in case the one in it fails. It does seem very small for a 500w motor. But I'm just that way. I like to modify for longevity. The app is the same app many budget scooters use but is fully functional. Good steel frame and chassis, not aluminum. Overall great job Werhy! I will be getting a couple more of these in the future to have around, but might I suggest designing for large lifepo4 batteries instead? I feel like they will last much longer, are much safer, and all the capacity can be used in lifepo4, unlike lithium ion packs.

I've put almost 2000 miles on the 22mph one now after almost a year and a half. It is extremely durable for no reason. Crashed it bunch of times screwing around on it and I came out more hurt than it every time lol. The max miles is around 10 on it going full speed. I've never really driven it in the lower power settings but I wouldn't doubt it'll do around 20 miles on a full charge on the lowest setting. The only thing that broke on it was the back light because I crashed and the fender got cracked. It took a while for the fender to fully break off though and the light to go out. Then just recently the wind knocked over my scooter and the kickstand came off lollll. If you really took care of this thing though it would last forever. Oh yeah, also the suspension needs lubricant because it leaks a lot ngl but there's just a cap on the top of them you take off and can just put chain lubricant in there. It is a little bumpy but it's pretty good at offroading. And it's so good at drifting loll. The tires on mine aren't even balded out or anything either. I did decide to stop drifting it though cause it does bald out the tires. Fun little thing though, very simple to use. Can't get the app to work but that's whatever yk

My son loves this scooter to get back and forth to school. Easily climbs the hills in our area, brakes are good, price was just right. Easily locks to fence during the school day and folds in half if it needs to be taken somewhere by car.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. My brother bought the same scooter, and it broke in half after only one month of use. At the time, we assumed it was caused by improper use. However, a few weeks ago, the exact same failure happened to my son’s scooter. My son weighs only 70 lbs and was riding normally when the scooter suddenly broke in half in the same location as my brother’s scooter. This leads me to believe there is a serious design or manufacturing defect with this product. The situation became even more frustrating when I attempted to use the extended warranty that I purchased. The warranty was provided through Asurion. I submitted all of the documentation they requested, yet my claim was denied. Their explanation was that I had not provided all of the required documents, despite the fact that I submitted everything they asked for. They then cancelled the claim without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Not only is the scooter of extremely poor quality, but the warranty service has been equally disappointing. Fortunately, my son was not seriously injured when the scooter failed. Given that two identical scooters failed in exactly the same way under normal use, I am very concerned that this product presents a safety risk to children. Another problem is that we can't even contact Amazon support because its out of refund status. Don't buy extended warranty especially if its covered by ASURION!!!

This is by far the best scooter in all categories pertaining to the scooter itself. The dual suspension allowed for use on other surfaces like grass and field. The battery’s life was longest I’ve ever seen, proving the range stated on advertisement. Fast and not too heavy. I had a problem connecting with the app. I scanned the QR code from the owners manual and tried several times, but the app was not responsive(the buttons never clicked through, it remained on the same one page). I read through other user reviews finding the same issue so I gave up. Unfortunately, it was stolen from my yard (they cut through the cable) two weeks ago and since I never ended up connecting to the app, I can’t locate it. :( for this reason, I’m giving 4 stars.

I gave this product 3 stars, the actual product itself is great. Very durable, doesn’t feel as if it’s going to break with the least little bit of weight on it. I purchased 1 for my youngest child then my older child wanted one so I purchased another one. However to fully operate the scooter you have to download an application on your phone. Well the second one we did and we used the locking mode for it, and now for some reason we can’t get it unlocked. We have tried everything possible deleting the app redownloading it, googling it, everything you can imagine and nothing will unlock it. Having only rode it 2times then locked it and haven’t been able to ride it since is a bummer as well as a waste of money. Very frustrating considering how much these things cost. So with that being said would I recommend the product, but I would not recommend doing any extra to it on the app. No locking none of that.

This electric scooter is very safety with good quality of part, the brakes are very responsive and with a brake light in the back. It is not heavy you can very easy carry up. Very good color and those word. Very recommended for college students or any apartment liver.
