Our 209cc engine blasts over 2000 pounds of snow per minute up to 30 feet. This self-propelled snow blower has 8 different speed settings; 6 forward and 2 reverse. Our electric-start engine plugs easily into an extension cord for simple start-ups. If you prefer a manual start, simply pull the included recoil and get to plowing. The two rugged, never-flat 13-inch snow tires feature deep treads for easy navigation across a variety of terrain, as well as tubeless construction to prevent deflating. The easily- accessible crank handle rotates the chute through a full 190 degrees, allowing users to easily aim the direction and the arc of the thrown snow. Only had to wait about 5 min before speaking to someone, he was patient, listened, and seemed to care. He mentioned that they were based out of Illinois, not far from me actually, so that's cool. Anyway, they are sending me a NEW UNIT! I can't believe it. I thought I'd have to fight an uphill battle to get help. NOPE. 5 stars for customer service! I'm incredibly grateful and looking forward to getting a new one so I have a snow blower for this winter. :) 🥺🥺🥺UPDATE 11/21: First snow of the season today so I thought I’d get it cranked up. I’m disappointed to say it’s definitely broken. The pull start won’t unwind to let me pull it (it did 2x (never started) then caught up on something inside. I thought “it’s fine, I’ll just use the electric start”, I got a short extension cord and ran it over to the unit, plugged it in and pressed the start. It made a pretty unconvincing noise, I say unconvincing bc I was unconvinced it was the right noise to be making lol. Anyway, I held it for 5 seconds per the manual and the damn starter started smoking. SOOOOO, I whipped out my phone to get a video and after waiting about 15 seconds on my second attempt at about the 2-second mark it just abruptly shut off. I checked my breakers and my power bank and all was well. 😭 So it wasn’t that. It never attempted to start. Not a single time. See video. I’ll call customer service tmr but doubt they will care. I’ll update you again after that. In hindsight I should have started it up when I bought it but it looked so solid and well built I thought it would be fine. That’s what I get I guess. 🤩ORIGINAL: Took about 15 min to connect the few sections that come disassembled. Nice big but not bulky snow blower. Wheels are fantastic. Excited to give it go this winter. I’ll update my review then with a video and more info on performance. ... show more

Instructions a complete mess

    • Instructions for assembly were inaccurate, so you need some mechanical aptitude to set-up properly.
Packaging was not sufficient. Machine suffered a significant bend/dent to the upper left shroud. Cosmetic problem that will not affect performance. Machine started right up after adding oil and fuel. All functions are working properly. Machine is a great value for the price.

I have not had a chance to run the snowblower yet, but just looking at it, it appears very durable and well-made. Went together very easily and have a 7hp engine...so it will have no problem going through the snow..

I was disappointed that this arrived on it's side (as pictured) and the "This Side Up" markings were completely ignored. All the oil in the blower had consequently leaked out and made a mess. As such, I have not yet run the unit but will update as soon as I can fill it with fresh oil. I can at least speak for assembly. Overall, it was pretty straightforward to put together. The directions were easy to follow and written in clear English; no sketchy translation. Certain steps required some thinking. Perhaps an extra drawing or two could've helped, but can't blame the instructions for my misreads; just take your time and it shouldn't take much more than 30 minutes. I do recommend using a socket wrench/ratchet set to move things along a little faster, but it can be assembled with the supplied socket/screw driver combo tool. Unit is lightweight, but appears to be of good build quality. ... show more
