This is pretty good honey, has a perfect little pouring spout for when you just want a bit of honey. The taste is very similar to the Honey Bear I usually buy, but I needed more in order to make my Honey-Balsamic glaze so I bought this larger size and it was a good substitute for the Honey Bear. There was no apparent difference in the taste of my glaze. The glaze is easy - equal parts good Balsamic vinegar (my fave is dark Colavita) & your favorite honey; simmer about 5 minutes while stirring to thicken for desired consistency. Great on broiled salmon, drizzled on crab cakes & on thin sliced chicken breasts pan sautéed in butter and drizzled @ end of cooking. Use extra glaze in a tiny cup for dipping. ... show more

Just what I expected I bought it because I been wanting honey for so long , the taste is lite and subtle not to thick not too runny... I use it to make my cough medicine it is easy to use, no crystallization taking place yet
