Really liked it! It is super easy to use especially for people who don't really dye their hair on their own, like me. I just bough the primer and it worked right away. Easy to apply and will stay on for about 2-3 weeks without needing to reapply. I still have some and I've used it like 3-4 times.

Wella is my go-to when it comes to natural color hair dye. Keep in mind that this is a liquid color, not a creme base, so it is quite runny even after mixing with developer. It has a rather strong odor, but its to be expected. Processed quickly with 20 vol developer with no obvious damage to hair. I would describe this color as an off-black or 1B. Thankfully it’s lightened up a little after a week and a half of daily washing my hair. I went from light blonde to the medium smokey ash blonde. I would describe this color was more of a light ash brown right after I dyed my hair and has lightened up to a dark ash blonde. On a positive note, my eyebrows now match my hair color. This is great if you're working with bleached and toned hair or already have a hair color very similar to this. Would not recommend putting over hair that is red toned or orange or you will obviously get a color that isn't pictured. Remember people- the pre-existing color of your hair plays a huge role in how dye turns out. If you get a bad result, it's likely because of something you did, not the product itself. ... show more

I'm 62… So covering my grays at the temples is a little difficult… But for the price I love this hair color and I redo it about every three weeks! Sometimes I have to do a little touchup on the temples only!

I used 6A. I feel like the camera doesn’t pick up the true color. It is definitely ash with the perfect brown. NOT BLONDE. You can see on my first picture, my front strands are literally orange. The box says blonde but it’s not. It’s more of a true brown with a hint of ash. I really like and im 100% sure is gonna fade out to a lighter ash brown after 3-5 washes or so because that’s what always happens. After it fades out a bit, it turns into the perfect color. Will probably update after a few washes ... show more
