I was able to put it together myself with minimal tools and no headaches. I just needed to add some WD-40 to finish it off. I got it on sale for $180, and even at that price, it feels like a steal. I love this bike. I got it for my husband and I’m considering taking it from him. :). The only reason that we gave it four stars is that the seat is horrible. It’s a narrow hard seat that hurts if you sit on it for any length of time. We ended up buying a seat off Amazon that is wide and plush so that you can bicycle to your hearts content without having a sore fanny afterwards. It looks great. Has held up to weather just fine. The finish on it still looks beautiful. It was relatively easy to put together.. keep in mind that my husband is mechanical minded and he put it together. The instruction manual was fine and it came with all the necessary parts to put it together. Be sure to tighten all the bolts appropriately FYI. I’m almost 6 feet tall and sit comfortably on it. You can adjust the seating on it so my husband adjusts the seating height for him and he sits comfortably as well. We love that it has the rack on the back which we used to put a small box on it and just attach it with bungee cords. The gears are lovely and make bicycling easy. The position of the kick stand is different than what you may be used to as it sits farther back on the bike then a traditional kickstand, but it works very well. The bike stands up right just fine with the kickstand in place. We have never experienced it falling over once the kickstand is put down. The kickstand does not get in the way of the foot pedals at all. The foot pedals have a good grip on them. When bicycling my feet do not slide off them as I’ve experienced on other bikes before. Our only recommendation is that you replac the seat with a softer, wider seat. Again that’s easy to do. You can order a seat off Amazon and just switch the seats out easily. As an upgrade option, we recommend that the manufacturer list an option to purchase a better seat when purchasing this bike. ... show more

I purchased this bike hoping for a smooth and relaxing ride, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations at all. First off, the frame is surprisingly short for a 26-inch cruiser. At 5'5", I expected a more comfortable fit, yet I found myself cramped and hunched forward. The geometry just doesn’t work for average height riders. Upon arrival, I noticed one of the brake wires was broken. Not only was this a safety issue, but the brakes themselves are squeaky and unreliable—even after attempts to adjust them. The seat is another major flaw: hard, uncomfortable, and positioned too close to the handlebars, making it awkward to ride and impossible to settle into a relaxed posture. Overall, this bike feels poorly designed and cheaply assembled. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, or reliability. ... show more
