Excellent bike! Bought this for my husband. We liked the fact that it came mostly assembled then took only 30 minutes to assemble tue rest. There is a little ding in the back fender but only noticeable if pointed out. Very sturdy bike. Super happy with this purchase.

Update: after I made the review below, I was contacted by the company to take care of situation and arrange compensation. While it is annoying that it took a negative review to be heard and to make things right, they did in fact more than compensate me for the troubles I had and I do greatly appreciate that. Overall I like the bike - once I had it set up it was comfortable to ride. 2 stars because within 3 weeks of owning it, I've already had to replace the inner tube (ok maybe just a flat) and the derailleur (broke on my 3rd ride on a flat paved road while switching gears. I attempted to contact the company as I don't believe I did anything to cause the damage and never heard anything back. I went ahead and had it repaired but at this point I've spent half of what I purchased the bike for in repairs. ... show more

    • Great if you ride rarely and short distances

Spend more money and get something better unless you ride rarely and for short distances. Derailer and shifter are some crazy off brand that does not work great. It took about an hour of adjustments to get everything aligned. The bike is heavy and finders, basket and rack are really cheap feeling. Shifting is ok, but not as easy to twist as i would think it should be. The bike really needs a larger tooth 8th gear. the 7 gears do not go low enough for steep inclines. ... show more

Super mid bike. The handlebar creaks when I’m riding and exerting upward pressure on the handlebar. Overall it’s decent though just don’t expect to buy the cheapest bike on Amazon and get a stellar bike. It works and is a good budget vehicle.

Great bike for the price. The instructions to put it together are not the best in some sections but it wasn't too hard to put together. If the fender does not perfectly align with the the wheel, try to remember it's thin metal.... Just bend it to the right spot it's not hard. Some of you nit pick the dumbest things. ... show more

ZERO stars if I could. Box was not damaged but the item inside was majorly damaged cosmetically and functionally. Huge dent in the side I could have lived with but after 2 hours of building the very last step was to install the pedals and my left pedal was totally stripped and won’t install — can’t ride a bike without a pedal. In an apartment with no way to return this giant I functional thing. Complete waste of time, energy and money. Do NOT buy. FYI the written instructions are useless — watch the instructional video from the QR if you don’t get a defective one like I did. ... show more
