This is a good half-way point between the cheaper Amazon benches and the really expensive Rogue benches. For the price point - this is a decent buy. The Good Stuff: • Nice solid bench • Incredibly easy to adjust – much better than my old Flybird bench. • Nice handle and wheels • Seems well built. The Bad Stuff • While solid, the steel isn’t as thick as I would like. I saw it deformed while tightening down fasteners. • Cheap plastic caps over bolts keep falling off. • Had come paint chips right out of the box. I would recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade from a cheap bench to something more solid without dishing out the $500+ needed for one of the high-end weight benches. I just received and assembled the workout bench today. For the price of the product, $99, it seems very sturdy. The steel is not as heavy duty as the benches at a fitness center, but the cushioning (3-4") is just as thick and comfortable. No settings on the bench for "decline" exercises but many "incline" settings. Overall, very pleased with the product and would recommend to others. ... show more

    • Easily adjustable weight bench
The weight bench arrived, well packaged, on time and defect free. I ordered the weight bench to replace an existing bench that I have that was cumbersome to adjust the back angle. I liked the design of the bench which allowed for easy adjustment, with multiple angle possibilities. I also liked the ease of moving it around and out of the way when needed with the wheels in front, and the handle to quickly lift and move it. It's heavy duty, the cushioning is just average, but adequate. and appears to be well made. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the back angle can't go negative; only flat. Since I do have another bench that can go negative, it's not a big deal. Overall, the bench should work well as advertised. ... show more
