Arrived very quickly packaged well no damage to package or product through shipping. Which is surprising, considering it was somewhat heavy. That said, this is very lightweight, which may not be what you’re looking for when considering purchasing a weight bench. The problem is stability. The legs both front and back are so short it tends to tip over. Also, the weight bands do not offer much resistance, but with high reps you can get a decent work out. The bench does incline and decline, however due to stability it’s just not very useful for incline or decline. The leg stabilizers are adjustable, which is nice but again without the stability. They kind of lose their usefulness. The best way I found to use this is in the seated up position with both legs planted on either side, so you can stabilize yourself. On the positive side, if you’re looking for a lightweight, easy to put together adjustable bench that folds up very nice and neatly small enough to put in the corner, and at a somewhat decent price this is a great machine. The bench will do the job but could’ve been better quality. Completely assembled and only need to add the front feet with two bolts. The seat and the back panel do not align and very noticeable with the stitch lines on the seat. There is a rust spot on the bar near the foot pads and all four points of the feet do not touch at once unless they’re weight on it. The entire frame is a little tweaked.
