I got this when it was on sale and under $100. Building a home gym during Covid meant I wanted as reliable as possible for as cheap as possible. I’m 5’6 145lbs and am able to use it for various exercise movements with no problems. I think if you’re very tall or have a larger framed body it may be a bit more difficult to be comfortable on the bench. But for the price, it’s sturdy and gets the job done. ... show more

This has changed the game for my garage gym as now I have a bench to use my dumbbells in different ways. It took some time to assemble (close to an hour) but I liked the sturdiness of the pieces and the stability once it was in one piece. Good quality for the price. I would recommend this for people using light weights (My max are 30-pound Dumbbells) and for someone no taller than 6 feet as it could feel a bit small.
