Saw results within the first two weeks! My skin is glowing again! The pills are small and easy to swallow. I do not recommend the white horse pill sized Vitamin D. For those who have trouble swallowing pills this is for you. It used to be you had to have a prescription from your doctor to get a dose is high. Now you can just get it online, which is nice! I highly recommend that anyone starting a vitamin D regimen start out with a 50,000 IQ dosage to get their levels back up. We’re all vitamin deficient and less we live in the sun. But the trade-off is potential skin damage. I take this and Mary Ruth’s Liquid Morning multivitamins and I’m good! I highly recommend this vitamin. Take these and your skin will be glowing in no time!

I have a Vitamin D deficiency that I will be feeling great and then all of a sudden I'm so tired when I wake up in the morning and don't want to get up. Found this 11 years ago and doctor will test and my Vitamin D will be fine and then a few months 6 months to a year it is very low again. The first dose I took of these last Sunday and my energy improved alot within 2 days. Highly recommend. I will be ordering a bigger bottle when these are just about gone.

If you have a Vitamin D deficiency you tend to experience frequent urination problems. I googled this and started taking my deficiency more seriously. I also have a prescription, but I ran out. I was prescribed weekly vitamin D in this same dosage but in D2 Form, that from what I read is not as effective as D3. These go down easy, and since I only have to take it once a week, it keeps me way more consistent compared to daily. I’ve recently checked my blood vitamin D levels which were already in a good place and it seems like these pills kept me there.

The proof is in the pudding as they say. My doc told me I had a Vitamin D deficiency and reading was 11/100. (30-100 being normal range) After about 10 weeks of taking this as directed, I am now at 31/100 and my doctor is happy and has me on a maintenance dose of (1000iu). Good product, good value, worth it!
