I purchased this for my 10 yr old. He loves it. Has been using it for a few months now, with his buddies. ( so it’s abused. Lol). It is holding up perfectly. They are finding all kinds of junk. Only negative is the shovel. That can be thrown away, but I didn’t purchase it for the shovel.

My 11 year old was able to assemble this with ease. I feel like it is pretty cheaply made so you get what you paid for and the camouflage plush bag was ripped when we got it got it hoping that it works well we haven't tried it yet

I got it because I lost a tiny metal tadpole I bought at an estate in some tall grass and couldn't find it for 2 weeks. I found in less than 5 minutes having no previous experience with metal detectors. I love that it came with a collapsible shovel it is so handy. Absolutely great product. Very easy to set up as well as use. The instructions are simple and to the point. Have taken it out a few times now can't wait to go again. The headphones are extremely comfortable I use them for everything. I was a little disappointed in the shovel it bent easily but for the price and how well everything else has worked I'm beyond impressed!! ... show more
