    • The grill looks amazing and performs well
The grill looks amazing! I didn’t realize how bad my old, trusty Weber grill looked! The new grill has everything I wanted: 6 burners, smoker, large side burner, rotisserie, and lots of storage. I tried everything except the rotisserie. The grill gets really hot, especially the sear zone. Love the flexibility of the side burner: you can heat a small pot of marinade or boil a large pot of corn on the cob with ease! I bought the natural gas version. I did need an extra connector for the existing gas line. There are a couple of things that could be improved: (1) There should be interior lights inside the grill. It is very dark in the back of the grill. (2) Love the heavy duty stainless steel grates, but they don’t fit very tightly making it difficult to clean them. They slide from front to back. (3) The assembly directions could be clearer by adding part numbers. There are part numbers on the multitude of boxes. Everything was packed well; there were no damaged parts. The blue protective film is very difficult to get off. If you plan on assembling it yourself, you definitely need two people for a couple steps. Plan on 5 to 6 hours to move it into place and total assembly. Definitely watch a video. Note: The main grill comes assembled and is in its own box. It probably weighs 300+ lbs and is in a pallet. You cannot go wrong with a Weber product. Built solid, well designed and versatile...allows me to turn out amazing product time and time again. This grill replaced another brand which last time I made the mistake of going "cheap" Well, you get what you pay for. That grill rotted out in a couple of years and getting replacement parts was a nightmare. This was a hefty price tag but well worth the cost. ... show more

    • Barbecue is great, trim not so much
The barbecue comes in VERY HEAVY PIECES. YOU TUBE IS GREAT! So assembly is fairly straight forward. The only thing we don’t like about this barbecue is it has shinny blue trim. Like blue aluminum foil. We thought it was protection, but it doesn’t come off. Makes this, very expensive barbecue look cheap! ... show more
