My first propane grill. I always used charcoal. So the build was ok. I did it myself in about an hour and a half. Running the propane hose was a pain, it has a kink. I have used it a hand full of times and I enjoy it. Burgers turned out good and so did the ribs. I struggled to get the temp down to 375 and had to use one burner. Two on low has it at 430. That may be my ignorance. The ribs leaked grease on outside the drip pan but not with the burger, no loss of star till I look at it. I did replace the thermometer with off brand digital one and am much happier. ... show more

I am in love with this grill! I think it's the best model we've owned so far in many many years of having different kinds of grills & smoker grills. The quick, quiet start is such a nice feature and the ceramic grates are a definite upgrade! I am going to be purchasing the griddle soon and I also invested in a nice brass brush to clean the grills so it won't damage the coating. The range of consistency while whatever you put on the grill is unmatched with absolutely no "dead zones" or cold spots where the meats or veggies are placed. Highly Recommend this one. I have tried other brands and higher end ones as well but I swear I am always returning to the Weber brand bc they do make a nice grill! I also bought a really nice cover for it. ... show more

This grill is very sturdy. It took two of us about 90 minutes to assemble it but the instructions were easy to understand and fairly straight forward. We've only used it a few times but so far it performs as described and the sear zone works well. So far, so good. We're glad we purchased it.

This grill looks fantastic and performs well overall. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the sear zone really does deliver that extra punch of heat for great burgers and steaks. The stainless steel surfaces are easy to wipe down and give the grill a premium feel, and the ignition system works like a charm. That said, I have two important concerns. First, during the very first use—just cooking four hamburgers—grease caused a flare-up that turned into a full-on fire inside the grill. That was unexpected and concerning, especially given the grill’s high-end design. Second, this grill is extremely heavy once the propane tank is in place. Unlike the three-burner version my dad owns, this one is tough to move even a few feet, and would have been a very bad choice for my parents. If you’re planning to set it and forget it in one spot, and you’re mindful about grease buildup, it’s a strong option. But for casual grillers or those with limited mobility, the weight and flare-up risk are worth noting. ... show more

    • Incorrect assembly
It was delivered one week ago and assembled incorrectly. They tried to offer 10% discount, but I just want it assembled correctly. Amazon promised to send someone to fix it w/in 24/48 hours, but have not heard back. The grill seems like an amazing grill but have not used it yet.
