Description

Grill delicious food on the reinvented 4-burner, black Spirit EP-435 propane gas grill with Side Burner. Two red Boost Burner knobs unleash 40% more power in the Sear Zone. Ignite each individual burner with one hand with Snap-Jet Ignition and control the heat precisely with a full range of temperatures. The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates retain heat evenly and the stainless steel Flavorizer Bars catch and vaporize juices, boosting grilled flavor and funneling grease away from burners. Outdoor grill and barbecue also has a cast-aluminum cookbox, warming rack, four tool hooks, and a cabinet with a door. The Grease Management System includes a large drip pan and removable grease tray that slides out for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance, so you spend more time cooking outdoors and less cleaning. Make the most of your space by adding a variety of Weber Works accessories (sold separately). Transform your grill into an outdoor griddle with a rust-resistant griddle insert (sold separately) or turn your grill into a pizza oven, wok, Dutch oven, and more by adding a Weber Crafted frame kit and custom-fit grillware (each sold separately). I am pretty mechanically inclined - and have assembled many BBQ grills for many decades. This Weber took me 4 hours total (alone) to assemble. I'm not sure that a second pair of hands would have been of much benefit. 30 minutes was consumed just taking this BBQ out of the box. Weber did a fantastic job of packaging, my hat is off to the guy would designed how all of this fit into a box, and was so well protected. From the packaging, I think it would require a massive drop in order to damage any parts inside. Then 3 1/2 hours to assemble. Should have been 3 hours, but I made a mistake, requiring me to backtrack so as to get the hoses in the proper place. I did not require any additional tools expect for a Phillips head screwdriver. Note: if you have an 11mm socket, this will save you a lot of time. They provide a wrench, but you can only turn 1/8 of a turn per attempt. I also truly enjoyed how every part fit perfectly. I have seen many BBQs where the workmanship was sub-par. Not this one. Caution: beware of the final element - the tray under the fire. There is one edge the is very sharp, so of course I got cut. The sharp edge is on the silver part of this tray. I did spend more for a Weber, because I was tired of flimsy units. I have not fired this up yet, and intend to update this post in a few months. ... show more
