The wok is heavy, indicating quality of the cast iron and I like that it has a flat bottom. I'm a little confused about the finish, which is supposed to be non-stick. It does stick more than I thought it should. I'm not sure if the finish is seasoned cast iron or "Porcelain-enameled." I only used it once so far so need to experiment with it more to reduce any user error. I used it in my Weber Performer which has the deluxe grate with a removeable center section.     • Food sticks, hard to clean
Food burns on and doesn't come off. The directions said not to use oil but food burns on even you use oil. Don't think it can be seasoned since it's porcelain enameled. Maybe I should just use a grinder and remove the coating so it will be like a lodge and can be seasoned properly.

Purchased this for my weber charcoal grill. So far I have made fajitas and stir-fry chicken in the wok. Both times I cooked the meat for a few minutes before adding vegetables and cooking for a few more minutes. The food cooked quickly and evenly with just a hint of smokiness. I am excited to try more recipes. The only slight negative is that the wok must be cleaned gently, I ended up soaking it twice each time I used it to avoid scrubbing as per manufacturers recommendations.
