Good product and well built for the money

I built out a power station with a 3000 watt inverter and 310 amp battery. I tried a lower cost 20 amp charger and it took forever to full recharge my battery. Needed a good charger that could do at least 30+ amps. This one foot the bill and I drained down my battery to 50% and it took about 7 hours to fully recharge. Note that even though the charger mentions 450 watt consumption, it used close too 500 watts when charging over 30 amps. I'm only using my DIY power station for home back-up and will connect to my inverter generator during daylight hours and use my power station while I sleep. Still trying to figure out the Professional mode on this charger as my battery doesn't offer Bluetooth monitoring.

Perfect Charger For My Sump Pump Battery Backup System

I bought this charger to replace one that failed on our battery backup system for our sump pump. I've had the charger for two days, and I'm convinced it was the right choice. It's used to charge our two LiFePo4 12V 100Ah batteries. They had drained below the threshold that the BMS would tolerate, so the batteries' BMS kicked in. I couldn't figure out how to use the WAVLINK charger to wake the batteries to start charging. The instructions have some translation issues, but one of the videos here tells how to do it. I used a jump starter pack to wake up the BMS (you likely don't need to replace the BMS board, which is a dangerous procedure). The WAVLINK charger then recognized that the batteries were connected. It took several hours, but the charger did its job, charging both batteries to their full capacity. The display is clear and easy to read, showing the progress in the charging cycle. The built-in fan dissipates the heat well. Although two O-ring connectors are included to make it a dedicated system charger, I am considering buying an additional output cable for automotive battery applications, because this charger will perform desulfation. That versatility in function appeals to me and certainly increases the value of the purchase.

35A mode only works with batteries larger than 400AH

35-Amp mode is limited to only larger batteries, 400AH or more. It says so right in the instruction book. This is not evident in any of the Amazon published information. Other than this, it was a fine device. It is not as compact as some other models, but it works well, reasonably quiet, charges different kinds of batteries, and the cables are of good quality. I just didn't want to pay $80.00 for a 20A charger, so I returned it.

Lots of features and it works well

I use this multiple times a day as a dealership technician, with recalls everywhere calling for reprogramming modules, if you don't have a charger connected while reprogramming it usually will fail. I haven't had this long but it works great and I didn't even know that it had a supply voltage setting which is what you're supposed to use for modules anyway. The only downsides I've noticed is the display is hard to see, it gets very dim and dark depending on the angle that you're looking at it from but if you stand it upright it's not an issue. The voltage displayed on the charger isn't accurate. It's off by . 5v to 1.0v(showing higher voltage) compared to VREF or the battery which makes me wonder if the amp reading is correct, also, the cooling fan is on the bottom of the unit which gets fairly warm, I feel like it should be on the top since heat rises. It doesn't really matter I guess because I've not had any issues, it's just something I noticed. For the price it works very well and I made buy another.

Charger works well, however there was no manual included and when I went on line to download the manual my malware software prevented me from connecting to the site. It said the site was a potential site for malware and advised me not to connect. I had to go to U tube and watch a video of the use. I would give the charger 5 stars but company support 1 star.

Saved my 300 aHr LIfepo4 battery which had shut down! But....I needed help from ChatGPT because the instructions were rather cryptic (and largely non-existant)for using "professional" mode. It woke up BMS and then charged. Seems well made and is compact enough to easily carry in our RV.
