    • Looks nice. Good value.
Style: Loveseat Color: Saddle Brown
Early review, received the loveseat recliners with console about 3 weeks ago so these are initial findings and impressions. Although seem sturdy, not enough use to comment on durability and reliability. Shipment was fast and it was well packed. Although a couple of the boxes had been “stressed”, no damage to the contents. Be aware, some of the boxes are very heavy, especially the two containing the recliner bottoms. The shipping boxes state: “Made in Thailand”. The assembly was fairly straightforward though the documentation was sparse and some confusion in naming conventions. From start to finish, required about 3 hours. With the exception of the center console, all the parts basically slide and lock into place. I would say it took longer to unpack and remove the protective wraps than it took to physically assemble. If possible, would suggest you assemble exactly where you intend to use it. Once put together, it is not easy to move without disconnecting recliners and console. One disappointment was the color does not seem to match the photos in the listing. It is called “Saddle Brown” but it is much darker than it appears in the listing. In my opinion, it’s just simply brown. We have another leather piece in the same room which I would call saddle and it is much lighter. I didn’t expect them to match but this loveseat/recliner is much darker. The recliners are reasonably comfortable and operate smoothly. The power headrests are a truly beneficial feature. Things to consider (which I didn’t). Customer Support – If you need assistance, you will have to go thru the Amazon support portal. I tried contacting the vendor thru their website (which seems to be missing now) and rec’d no response. After two attempts, went thru the Amazon portal and received message back within 24 hours. There is no written warranty. None was included within the shipment and when I requested from the vendor, was told there was no documentation but that they would replace any defective pieces within 1 year after purchase. The motors apparently are not user replaceable. I was concerned about whining in one of the recliners and was told that if it was defective, they would ship a replacement seat. That’s OK if it fails in the first year but what about after that. I’ve never had a recliner but realized with this power design, if the motor fails, the recliner is of little value unless repaired. What I’m saying is that if you are OK with a standard manual recliner, then that is what I would buy and save some money because, in the long run, the motors in the recliner and headrest are points of failure. Overall, I am satisfied and feel it provides good value. Hoping I get at least 5 years of service. ... show more

    • Great value, simple assembly, well-designed features
Style: Loveseat Color: Saddle Brown
I'm very pleased with this product and its price. I purchased the loveseat with center console... it arrived in five boxes. Unpacking and disposing of the packaging materials and took far longer than the simple ten-minute snap-together assembly which required no tools at all. They seemed to think of every detail with the slow-close center storage bin, wireless charging based that also serves as a tray, pull-out drink holders, and the USB-A and C charging ports on both side control panels. The recliner controls are worthy of separate mention. Both the recliner and headrest controls are easy to find by touch and shaped such that there's no guessing which button you're pressing. The third small button is a one-touch function to return both the seat and headrest to the home positions... no need to return each. The leather appears to be good quality and evenly dyed. I'm happy to have this piece in my home and would certainly recommend it, especially given its price point. ... show more

    • WORTH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE
Style: Loveseat Color: Saddle Brown
Really hesitant to order something big like this from Amazon but it was worth the gamble. This replaces a manual unit that was left at the house we bought. It had faux leather and it was peeling and looked awful. The unit arrived in 2 shipments like they said it might. Only a day apart. Used our double garage to unpack and assemble each section. Brought into the house and hooked the 3 sections together. Did not plug the 2 cords in to the floor receptacle as they might get damaged by the chair frame. Used a HD power cord to plug into the wall receptacle. NOTE: In order to make a neat install of the wiring, I used wire ties to gather excess cords together. I did everything in 2 steps over 2 days. At age 76, I don’t rush anything anymore. Day 1 was unpacking and assembly. Day 2 was moving the 3 units into the house, fastening them together and completing the wiring. Finally, I broke down the cardboard boxes for recycling pick up. I worked mostly by myself with occasional help from my spouse. The results were very encouraging. LOVE these power chairs! Worth the money! Only one small complaint: The cup holders are too far forward and hard to reach. They should be located where the phone charger tray is. So we just put our cups in the tray and don’t use the charger. ... show more

    • comfortable!
Style: Loveseat Color: Cream
Beautiful piece of furniture! The installation, towards the end, was a little difficult, as we couldn't find the back to the cconsole. IN going over the directions for the 3rd time, we see the back was inside the center compartment (you have to unzip the back to pull it out). I would prefer the cup holders to be on the seat part, not be in the pull out part by the feet. But outside that, the chair is nice and comfortable, feels soft, and the head rest is a nice feature. My husband is handicapped and has alot of pain in his back, but this loveseat fills all his demands for comfort. I also would like to add, it definitely a wall hugger! We have a very small living room, and this is the only thing that would fit. Very satisfied & we look forward to our evenings now! ... show more
