Although I am waiting to hear back from the seller because we were sent the wrong part for one of the stools, I am very pleased with my recent purchase. These stools are very attractive and very comfortable. They definitely do not look cheap as the fabric is very rich looking and the base is sturdy. I am hoping to hear back soon from the manufacturer with regards to sending us the correct part so I can finish assembling the second stool. UPDATE: Correct part was sent promptly and our 2nd chair is assembled and looking great. I highly recommend these stools and the customer service was excellent.

I had originally ordered other stools that I preferred the look of to these. But when I received them, they were too high for my counter. They were bar height which I didn't notice in the description when I ordered them. I got rid of them and looked for other stools that were counter height. I searched for months and couldn't find what I was looking for. I had seen these a few times on different sites when I searched "counter height stools, gray, swivel, black base, medium to high back." I finally decided to give them a try and ordered a set. I absolutely love them. They are sturdy, they were relatively easy to assemble, the color matches my new kitchen, the height is perfect, and most of all, they are really super comfortable!!! We love relaxing on them on weekend mornings enjoying our coffee. I highly recommend them.
