I am updating my review and I think it is for all the right reasons. I am leaving my original comments here, below my revised review, for historical reference. I posted a negative review when my pump quit working after only a few months. I DID NOT reach out to the company. I really didn't think that would do any good. To my surprise, the company "WaterRebirth" REACHED OUT TO ME and offered to send me a replacement pump for the one that failed, and THEY DID!!! It is really rare I think these days to find a company that will stand behind their product. I will be a WaterRebirth customer from now on for all of my water feature pump and pump accessory needs. THANK YOU WaterRebirth!!! My original review post. Was so pleased with this pump when I purchased it in late April of 2025 and installed it in my fish pond. But this is early August of 2025 and the pump has already shot craps. I have kept the pump very clean of debris, but it only lasted 3 months. So needless to say I am ordering my replacement pump from a different company and I would suggest you do the same if you are shopping for a pond pump.

This review is long overdue, but this product deserves to get a 5 stars review. We have nearly 4000 gallons of Koi Pond for the past 23+ years, and we’ve purchased multiple waterfall pumps. The last pump 3600 GPH we purchased in 2024 died on us in the middle of hottest day in July, 2025. It’s little over 1 year old but the warranty had expired. Timing was crucial for us as 2 large 23 year old Koi had died within a couple days. We are thinking of ordering a 3600 GPH pump that was used in the past, but the delivery day would take much longer than expected. We ended up ordering the Water Rebirth 5700 GPH waterfall pump as they promised to deliver faster than any products we saw on Amazon. We were amazed the price of this product was about same as other smaller size pumps. First, we thought this pump may be too large for the size of our pond, but we ordered it anyway because we need the pump ASAP. After we installed this pump, we quickly learned that this pump is strong, well built and it provides great deal of water flow even with full growth of pond plants during the summer. It's been almost 4 months since we installed the pump, and it still runs strong and beautifully. We absolutely love this pump. We highly recommend this product. Additionally, I had such great experience with a customer support representative, RITA. She and I had exchange conversations regarding the product and warranty. She responded to my question quickly and positively. Thanks, RITA, for your great support and dedication. You are the best!

I use this pump for my 43,000 gallon pond waterfall. It does an excellent job. Unfortunately, I lost the cover in the pond & was unable to retrieve it. Customer service was great in helping me replace the cover. I really appreciate them.

The 5700 gph pump I ordered was great at first but this pump needs regular maintenance which I missed in the AD. There are small metal screens that get clogged and need to be cleaned so if you are using this in a pond, the moss will clog these openings. After two years of use the pump stopped putting out completely and no cleaning including removing the head from inside would make it work again. A new head for my model on their website is around 50.00 + shipping and handling, so even though I miss the high volume of this pump over my old 4000gph Harbor Freight pump which lasts for 10 years or more, I won't be throwing good money after bad not even knowing for sure if the head is the problem.

Seems to be pretty tough little pump. Been working 24/7 over a month now. A couple of times the intake clogged up with leaves pretty badly but the pump didn't overheat so I am ok with that.

We wanted a rustling river and this pump and our 23 inch diffuser really gets the flow we were looking for to hear and see rushing water. We had about an 8 foot gain from the bottom of the pond to top of the fall. Used 2 inch pipe. Worked perfect. Not bad for amateurs.
