    • Fixed our Whirlpool Central Filtration system twice...
Twice now are Central Filtration system started having water constantly pouring out of the flush drain pipe and this kit fixed this issue both times. It has all the necessary parts and clear instructions. What I finally realized is that chucks of grit were making it into the system and scarring up the rotor seal. This would allow water to escape out of the flush drain pipe. To prevent this I added a simple pre-filter to the water going into the system. This should now catch all the larger grits. This is actually the recommended way of preventing this. In other words, if I would have had the pre-filter already installed the rotor may never have been damaged. ... show more

    • Exact fit for my 12 year old Eco Water 1000 softener.
I was going through tons of salt and the salt tank was slowly filling with water between backwashes . I replaced the Venturi gasket and the problem persisted. I replaced the Valve Rotor & Seal with this kit and now the softener works like brand new.

    • All the parts fit, but instructions could be better
All the parts fit correctly but the instruction sheet and diagrams are poor. The diagrams are smaller than a credit card so you'd better have strong readers or a magnifying glass. The written instructions reference the installation of a part that doesn't come with this kit (a new venturi housing). Other than that, the valve works great! I can only pass on my biggest lessons learned: 1) Don't forget the O-ring in the spring loaded plunger. 2) Make sure you install the large O-ring onto the raised lip of the valve cap first, THEN install the cap onto the valve body. It'll be a wet mess if you don't do it that way. Ask me how I know! ... show more

These parts came with everything you need. The seals, silicone, and instructions (parts seemed of high quality). I read the instruction and also watched YouTube. It's easy to install.

Well it worked but have the parts were worthless.....they were bad moldings off a bit in size....and pricey

    • Fixed older Kenmore softener
This fixed my older Kenmore model 625. Standing water in the brine tank. Changed out the Venturi. Probably needed it, but didn’t fix the standing water. I noticed the brine valve was leaking water from the top after replacing the rotor. Was not convinced at first it was fixed but no standing water after leaving it overnight. ... show more
