I ordered this product on a Thursday afternoon assuming I would get it the following Monday or Tuesday with my free two-day shipping (prime shipping). I got to my office the very next day and saw my package from ArcadiaID waiting for me at my door. I own and operate a small business, so time is of the essence, and the fact that I was able to get this package within 24 hours of ordering it was a huge help for me. I planned on having a tech savvy friend help me out with this, but I wanted to open it up and look at the product myself since I had received it earlier than expected. Within minutes of opening the box I was up and running. I am somewhat technically illiterate, but I was able to follow the simple instructions and start making ID cards at my desk with no problems. I was able to print out a few work badges for my employees in no time, and they looked 100% professional. The holograms that it came with went on totally smooth and wrinkle free, and actually really improved the look of the badges, which is something I have been let down with before. They look much more crisp and can easily be seen from angles without disrupting the image of the actual ID, unlike our last badges. I was so happy with my experience I called the company to show my gratitude and how impressed I was, and their customer service was just as good as the product. The man I talked with on the phone was totally personable and really made me feel my purchase was appreciated. After Such a good experience I felt letting ArcadiaID know how happy I was was not enough, and I felt the need to post a review here (something I don't usually do due to my busy schedule). If you are thinking of purchasing any product offered by ArcadiaID, I urge you to give them your business; I'm sure you'll have just as good an experience as I did. UPDATE: They did not refund my full amount for THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT the kept $50.00. This company is a joke. They send me a defective product, I return it and they still keep my money. So I'm out $50.00 because of their junk. Went to create a badge and the machine ate the badge and started smelling. To top it off when I sent it back to the company to return it they charged me shipping. Waste of money ... show more
