This BRIIDEA water descaling unit seems well- made and was easy to install on my main water line going into the house and time will tell on how good it helps to descale calcium deposits downline. Wrapped the wires- turned it on and the light is on showing the field is being generated in my water line. This is my first unit like this and any help with calcium and alkaline salts buildup will be great for showerheads and water quality at outlets, etc. Worth a try- good find!

I had to use the screws that came with the kit to mount the device on a board and then nail the board to secure it in place. For the price, as compaired to other similar items, it seems to work A-OK. I have had it installed now for 3 weeks and I can tell a difference in my sinks and surface areas of bathroom marble sinks that chalky residue is slowly going away. It is worth it to me.
