We bought these wicker chairs after returning from a cruise. They had chairs just like this and we wanted that cruise feeling at home. It arrived as 2 large boxes and requires assembly. It can be assembled with one person and was fairly simple to do. Do NOT rip off the Velcro that’s attached to some pieces like I did. You need the Velcro of the bag that goes into the storage bin. First off it's as pictured. What isn't in the picture is the waterproof liner that Velcro inside the storage piece. Also, that it comes with a custom rain cover when not in use Putting it together is a challenge. I didn't have the experience of others... All my parts were clearly marked. HOWEVER the box containing the left soda and storage box didn't contain directions😵💫. So we started with the rights side, then did the mirror image for the left. (though some pieces had different letter). Then we put the box together and the lifts didn't reach - we had it backwards. Took it apart and assembled in reverse (again without directions)!!! WOW. Now, it's perfect for my small patio. Love the storage. Love the silicone under cushion - it stays in place. If you don't have a handyman..... BEWARE. If you do GET THIS SET ... show more

Been a year since I purchased. It has held up very well. Assembly requires the patience of a Saint. I am a retired mechanic and it had me cussing. However, saying that. I am happy with my purchase. Would purchase again if I was ignorant of the assembly process.

Pleasantly surprised with this set. Not only is it very sturdy, but also comfortable. The cushions are thick. While I didn’t love the material when it first arrived it really stands up well to rain and dries quickly. Our back patio is not covered so that is important. It was missing a few nuts, but we went to the hardware store and picked up four so we could build it immediately and not have to wait. Overall we are loving it! ... show more

Other than all of the screws that was pretty simple to put together and follow the diagrammed instructions. I am a female in my '60s and took my time putting it together so I spent about 6 hours over a day and a half. I did the storage box first and then use that as a work table

I have a smaller patio and this fit perfectly. Two people needed to build (possibly could do it with one but might struggle a little bit). For this price, this set is perfect. Both chairs have its own cover, the storage bin has its own zip up case for the cushions. I’m happy with this purchase

This is a uniquely shaped, modular, and well-priced outdoor furniture set. We are happy with our purchase. My only two complaints are that assembly is death-by-Allen-wrench and the fabric on the cushions and the liner inside the storage box are both fairly cheap feeling, so I worry a bit about durability. The foam inserts are high quality and dense, so the couch is very comfortable, and new covers wouldn’t be too hard to buy/make if needed. The parts are well labeled and assembly is straightforward, but extremely tedious. Solution: Buy this, and also buy a set of star bits for your drill. I assembled the first one with the provided tools and felt my sanity slipping. The drill with the right size star bit made the second half SO much easier to put together. ... show more
