I contacted the seller and they immediately replied and rectified the situation sending me another FedEx number to track the other box. All arrived before Thanksgiving. I have seen outdoor furniture like this go for $1200 and up in stores. We got 2 full sets for $800. The quality is amazing. Takes a lot of time and patience to put together, but so worth it. This particular set came with extra seat and back covers. Also has a cute little decorative pillow and comes with an extra cover for that as well. Comes with a cover for the whole set for if it rains..super easy to put on and good quality. Water just beads right off the seats if the cushions do happen to get wet. Customer service is great. One of the glass tops for the table was shattered, and the company is sending me a new glass piece. Crossing my fingers the set holds up 🤞

Ok so I shopped almost all summer for a set to fit in my tiny porch. It was way less expensive than any other set we saw! It came with extras of everything and the foam was thick and firm. They are hard to get in to the covers, I bent them in half and wrestled to get them in. lol But it comes with a protective cover and a cute little decorative pillow. The frame is very sturdy and I like that the arms were a little wider than others! The only thing that is a little annoying because I'm o.c.d is the fabric on the cushions is slippery. So I am always rearranging them. Other than that it is a really great buy! Very happy with it!

I purchased this for my gazebo that I have on my small deck. Putting it together was a little tedious but not difficult as long as you carefully follow the instructions. The furniture is comfortable for me and looks great. Honestly now I am seriously thinking of purchasing again to get more pieces.

Super Flimsy and very low quality. Seller doesn’t send all the parts, can’t use half of the set due to missing parts. Duplicate hardware packaged and missing necessary parts. Seller said they would send replacements but both times they were “lost in transit”. Yeah ok, they just posted bogus tracking information. Do not spend a dime on this set. Beware.

I very mixed feelings about this set. Everything came in two boxes about 4 days apart. I pulled everything out of the boxes to make sure it was all there as suggested and found the glass top to the table completely shattered. I tried to contact the company to see if I could just get replacement for the top or a partial refund to buy a new one. Amazon handles all the returns for this and there's no option to just get a replacement piece or a partial refund. Since trying to stuff all the pieces back into the boxes felt impossible, I decided to just go with it. I like the feel of the base pieces and the cushions themselves. The cushions are actually more substantial than I expected. I'm less satisfied with the cushion covers. It's a slippery material that is supposed to be waterproof. I have it under a covered roof so I don't know how well it does in the rain. The material is slippery and rather hot so it's not always comfortable to sit on. It also marks up very easily. I'm not a particularly dirty person but I already have several spots on the cushion covers that I cannot wash out. I also don't think the back cushions fit very well on the couch. They are a little oversized and don't squish in there well together. I'm constantly putting them back in position because sitting on anything makes them fly all over the place. I had a really hard time finding a couch/chair combo that would fit in my tiny porch space that was less than $2,000. Due to this, I'm not unhappy with this purchase, but it's not everything I dreamed it would be. Of course, for the price, I wasn't expecting perfection. I may end up having to buy new cushion covers at some point because that's the piece I like least about this set.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble. Cushion thickness is very comfortable. Appeared to be small or low to the ground at first but it’s perfect. Material is slick, not ideal but manageable. Order came in two separate boxes on two separate days.
