I just installed this on my 22 Colorado Z71 and I want to give a tip because I struggled for an hour. Chinese to english translation is horrible as usual and since the instructions specifically say to have the rails sit flush with the bed I spent an hour trying to figure out how to make them flush. Low and behold they do not sit flush in an English sense. The lip sits on top of the stock plastic bed rail caps and the inside of the rail gets pushed up against the bed rail cap. Once you figure that out, the clamps work like they are supposed. Hopefully I save you an hour lol Other than that, seems like a decent cover. Each 1/4 section has its own handles that lock to the rails so you can literally lock it in place however you want it. Because the rails do sit on top of the bed caps it's not a English Flush cover system so be prepared. I doubt its leak proof but they made effort to make it as water "resistant" as possible. Also on the 2nd gen colorados we only have 1 drain hole behind the driver side. If you want one on the passenger side you will have to drill a hole but use precuation, there's some stuff under the bed that you could hit by drilling too deep. ... show more

Even after installing it properly and checking multiple times, it does not sit flush like advertised. It sits raised on the tailgate. Also you have to slam your tailgate to close it, not soft closing like without the cover. I think the listing was very falsely advertised and I would not recomend this or purchase this again. I’d return it if I didn’t spend a few hours by myself installing it. Just spend the extra 1-2 hundreds and get a name brand one like rough country. ... show more

Product fit the 2026 Chevy Colorado Z71 like a glove. Instructions came with them which were clear and helped get this thing installed. Take your time and ensure the proper alignment before tightening down. Struggled a bit with the stake pocket portion, but seems that it was just user error since it didn’t align entirely with what was in the instructions. Amazing value vs others in the marketplace but the quality of this one has me convinced it is highly competitive in features, structure and sealability (keep water out). ... show more
