A compact little project with great features
This little projector is seriously fun. It feels more like a compact smart TV than a traditional projector, turning almost any wall—or even the ceiling—into a screen. The picture is sharp with great color and contrast, and the autofocus makes setup super easy. Built-in streaming apps mean you don't need an extra streaming stick. I also love how compact it is. Overall, it's easy to move around the house, take on the go, or pack away when you’re done.

Fantastic product
Extremely impressed with this projector. It is designed beautifully and delivers an incredibly high quality picture, with more than enough brightness and clear sound. Was very quick and intuitive to set up. The autofocus works very well. Highly recommended

Wanbo Cube 2S Smart Projector
I got this Wanbo Cube projector bc I wanted something smaller that I could move between rooms for movie nights! The little cube design is really cute and doesn't take up much room. I like how the stand lets me angle the picture without stacking books underneath it. The autofocus is handy bc I don't want to keep adjusting the picture every time I move it. Having streaming apps built in makes it easy to put something on without connecting another device. The picture looks best when the room is darker, especially for movies. Quality is good for the price and I like being able to set it up wherever we want to watch something!

Perhaps the best entry level 1080p projector available today...
The Wanbo Cube 2S addresses many of the common weaknesses of entry-level projectors. It delivers above-average brightness, a responsive operating system with virtually no lag, a reliable remote control, and impressively refined autofocus and keystone correction. Overall, it competes well with midrange and even higher-end 1080p projectors that cost several times more. Heat and fan noise are also well controlled. The quiet fans and efficient light engine keep the overall heat output lower than I expected. For such a compact projector, the built-in speakers sound surprisingly good, although I still recommend an external audio system for the best experience. Officially licensed apps are another major advantage and should help keep the projector useful over time. It also includes advanced features such as eARC, making it easy to integrate into a full home theater setup. In my testing, eARC worked very well. The built-in stand makes the Cube 2S highly portable. You can move it from room to room and have a properly aligned image within seconds. Voice control adds even more convenience. After reviewing dozens of 1080p and 4K projectors, I consider this one of the best entry-level 1080p projectors available at this price.

A Compact Smart Projector That Makes Movie Night More Fun
The Wanbo Cube 2S feels less like a traditional projector and more like a compact smart television that happens to create a very large picture. Setup was straightforward, and having the streaming apps and live-TV options built into the projector means I do not have to connect a separate streaming stick every time we move it to another room. The interface is familiar, the apps are easy to reach, and the projector handles the basic focusing and picture setup without turning movie night into a technical project. Its compact size opens up uses that would be awkward with a conventional television. We can carry it into the bedroom, angle it toward the ceiling, and watch a movie while lying down. That has become one of the most enjoyable things about it. Smartphone control is also useful when the projector is positioned somewhere that makes the physical controls inconvenient, and the HDMI connection leaves room for a game system or another outside source when we want one. The important tradeoff is brightness. Despite the appealing picture quality, the Cube 2S does not have enough light output to compete well with daylight or even a dimly lit room. We get the best results after dark with the room lights off, when the colors and contrast have a chance to show properly. I view that as a limitation of where I use it, not a failure of what it is designed to do. For daytime viewing or a more permanent living-room setup, I would choose a brighter projector. For a bedroom, a dark family room, or a portable movie-night setup, this one is genuinely enjoyable. I have worked extensively with music, audio, and consumer electronics, and I appreciate products that combine useful technology with an experience the whole family can enjoy without constant troubleshooting. The licensed smart-TV features, easy setup, flexible positioning, and sharp 1080p image make the Cube 2S feel polished and complete. It has brought something playful back to watching movies at home, especially when we turn the ceiling into our screen.

Great Projector, Fun for Family Gatherings
This is fun. It feels more like a compact smart TV than a traditional projector, turning pretty much any flat white surface into a screen. The image is sharp and clear, with strong color and contrast when the room is dim. The auto focus works extremely well, so setup takes almost no effort. Everything is pretty intuitive and easy to navigate. All the major streaming apps are included so you can just turn it on, point it where you want, and start watching without needing a separate streaming stick. The app library is not as large as Google TV or Fire TV, but all the essentials are there, and everything runs smoothly. Its compact size is one of the best things about it. It is easy to store, carry around the house, or pack for travel. You can project onto a wall, a screen, or even the ceiling, which is great for watching movies while lying down, and fun for little kids. It is also perfect for people who do not want a permanent TV in their living room. Brightness is the main limitation. It does not compete well with daylight or a brightly lit room, so it performs best at night with the lights off. For daytime viewing or a permanent living room setup, a brighter projector would be better. For bedrooms, dark family rooms, outdoor movie nights, or casual portable use, it is excellent. The speaker is clear and better than expected for the size, though not very loud. For the price, it is a great value and ideal for relaxed, everyday viewing, parties, or family gatherings.

Stylish Little Projector with Good Sound and Nighttime Picture
I'm honestly in love with the look of this little projector—it's so compact and modern that it basically doubles as a decoration in my living room. The cube shape is super cute and it doesn't take up any space on my shelf. Setup was pretty easy, and having officially-licensed apps plus live TV built in is convenient for casual watching. The sound quality actually surprised me—it's clear and loud enough for a bedroom, and dialogue comes through nicely without needing an external speaker. Picture quality at night in the bedroom is decent too—brightness and clarity are fine when the lights are off. But during the day, forget it, 500 ANSI just isn't enough and the image looks washed out. My biggest gripe is the focus—every time I turn it on, it takes forever to auto-focus, which gets annoying fast. The auto size adjustment also needs work; it never quite gets it right and I end up fixing it manually. And the app selection is pretty limited, so sideloading your own apps is a real pain. The smartphone control is handy though, and HDMI 2.1 is a nice touch for the price. Overall, it's a solid bedroom projector for nighttime movies, just don't expect it to replace your TV during the day.

This is incredible! Highly recommend for having the use of a TV without the hassle.
This is a fabulous device! You can make any flat white surface into a TV and you can make it as large or as small as you want. Has all of the common streaming apps bult it so you just turn it on, point it where you want, and log into your fav streaming services. Picture quality is pretty good for a projector. It auto focuses which is a huge help. It's about the size of a thermos, so when not in use it can store easily. Perfect for traveling or watching tv/movies outside. It would be perfect for people who don't want an "ugly" tv in their living room, but do want to watch tv there occasionally. You could set this up to watch, and put on a shelf discreetly when you have company. Also great for entertaining someone who is lying in bed and can't sit up, because you can project it onto the ceiling. So many uses for this! It has connections in the back for HDMI so you can connect a DVD player to it if you want. Connects to wifi easily, and is overall very easy to use. Sound from the built in speaker is clear and can get quite loud. It's compact size makes it so versatile around the house. Just be sure to not lose the remote because it won't work without it.
