I ordered on Tuesday evening, and Wallke had the H7 AWD step-thru to me Friday morning via FedEx. I watched Wallke’s assembly video a couple of times, so assembling it took about an hour. I gave the battery a full charge and took it for a short test drive on Saturday afternoon to get used to handling the power levels. On Sunday, I made several trips with my camera gear in a HONGYEA 45L Large Capacity Panniers Trunk Bag that I swapped from my old e-bike. It fits the H& AWD perfectly, and the panniers, when opened, have ample clearance from the gears and shock springs. The H7 AWD is fast and powerful; it’s a night-and-day difference compared to my old e-bike, a 750W 48V 13Ah DJ Bike foldable I’ve had for five years. The longer, heavier H7 feels more like a motorcycle than a bike. It rides much smoother than the DJ Bike. The back shock absorption makes a big difference. I live in the high desert, a mix of flat lands and hills to climb. I know the 200-mile range doesn’t apply to my area, but I’m hoping to get a comfortable 30-40 miles on a charge. That will get me and my camera gear to some nice spots in the Northern Arizona/Southern Utah area, Canyon Country. Things to consider: The trade-off for all this range and power is weight. Before I load my gear, it weighs 130 pounds. This is not a bike that this 72-year-old would want to push up the hill to get home. The current cost to replace the battery ranges from $800 to $900. Wallke said it’s good for 1,000 charges, though I don’t know when the power begins to decline, reducing the range. My 48-volt bike batteries began gradually losing range after a year. ... show more

    • I have enjoyed it very much.
I've had it for a while now. Been tons of fun. Like the step through a lot. Not the fastest bike, but it's fast enough for me! Lots of torque. We've bought a lot of safety gear. On bumpy roads, it could definitely use more adjustable suspension, even with a seat post shock (helps, but can still hurt back sometimes depending on the terrain). It does sit pretty high with my seat post shock. But I have bad knees and like to peddle, so it works well for me. Don't drive over dried ruts on dirt roads for fun. I crashed pretty good doing that. Glad I was wearing my full face helmet. I use a bell adventure helmet (bm9 I think?). For me I'm glad the bike doesn't go faster than 34mph. I think it might have a reduced top speed over time, but I suppose that is to be expected after the abuse I've put it through. I also like that I don't need to true the wheels ever. Because they are solid. We had a lot of trouble with flat tires on all of our bikes. (not a fault specific to this bike). We ride hard. Since I've upgraded my worn down tires and put good tire sealant in, I haven't had any troubles. This review is a little sloppy, but maybe it will help someone. I encourage you to get an ebike. good breaks ,ok headlight,nice tail light/break light,good power,true 1000w motor ,to use cruise control hold down the minus button at whatever speed your at, tires are on the cheep side, heavy duty fram ,good suspension,well built good aluminum welds,Bluetooth is pretty much a gimmick not a price point the app isnt that good.headlight isnt automatic you have to turn it on,the bike is so heavy it acts like a 20 amp hour battery not a 40ah,the best acceleration iv had on an e-bike geets to 20mph fast 30mph top speed is no problem,I got the pearl white one its a nice paint job. ... show more

Awful. I would not recommend purchasing from Wallke, if your bike has issues they will refuse to work with you and claim they are just minor adjustments. They will also offer you a pre paid label then change their mind and decide you now need to pay to send back the defective bike.

Initial impression after first ride, I have a new best friend. I spent a lot of time evaluating e-bikes trying to find to best fit for me. Big shout out to Jeremiah Mcintosh and his YouTube channel and all the incredible information he provided. The bike was delivered within a week from order, actually arrive a day sooner. The seller was very responsive to my questions and was very helpful. The hardest part about assembling the bike was taking it out of the box, packed extremely well, made it from CA to VA without a scratch. First ride was amazing, the bike exceeded my expectations. You cannot see the mileage because of the battery size, 😁, made it 65 miles but ran out of daylight. I had about 12 % left, running it mostly in ECO 3. I rode it on the same bike path that I have put thousands of miles on with a regular Trek hybrid, no comparisons. I was smiling on those hills that I used to struggle on, flying up them at 20 mph. I can see it will take a little time to learn how to master riding this bike for maximum efficiency, but it doesn’t matter if you are taking a leisure ride or need to get somewhere fast, this bike has a gear for both. I loved it at major intersections and other “danger zones” where I want to get through quickly, now I can!!! I love riding around just exploring, my world just got much bigger. The bike is a really nice bike, one of the best out there. The bike does have a few flaws though. 1)Customer service is very difficult to get any warranty items taken care of. You send in all the information and prove the issues and they just ask for something else. 2)The handle bars are way to low for tall people and the length of the cables will not give you room to move to the proper height. 3)My dad and brother both bought one and theirs came with cruise control (2024). Much needed for long rides. I bought mine in 2025 and it did not come with cruise control as they switched controller. 4)I'm 6' tall and for me to get the proper height on my seat where my legs get a 70% extension I have to extend all the way to the very top of adjustment. The problem is the handle bars are then way below me and it hurts to ride. Pros; Battery size is awesome. Hydraulic brakes are good. The bikes frame is heavy duty. ... show more
