    • Decent electric bike purchase
Color: Black
We've had a pair of these for a few years now and they've held up and we've ridden them a lot. We like that you can fold them and put them in a jeep. They are heavy, however.

    • UPDATED: purchase the bike at your own peril
Color: Black
UPDATE 03/31/2023: Customer support made contact with me over the last couple of days and actually helped me get some of the money that I spent while replacing the wheels. It did not took my long to assemble it since I already have the experience with other e-bikes, but this one in particular did not work. The control panel won't even start, its been two days already and I'm HOPING to get a response for a replacement as soon as possible from ViVi. UPDATE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY: I've sent many replies to customer support and they haven't helped me at all. 1. Rear tire went flat, talked to customer support and they told me that replacing it wouldnt cost me more than $40, I ended up spending nearly $130 to replace the whole tire+ labour. 2. Front tire went flat too, went to replace it and spent $126 for a new tire + labour. 3. Now the engine is faulty, possibly due to the guys at the store that didn't mount it properly. Customer Support said that they could replace it for a new one but now I'm so pissed that I don't want to replace anything and I filed for a return so I can get my money back and they're taking their sweet time to come up for a solution and I have until february 1st to return the bike, still haven't received any replies with a quick solution. To make this worse, I threw away the original packaging for the bike and I'm having a hard time to return it. Now I'm feeling that I shouldn't have purchased anything at all and I wasted good money. WELL EARNED MONEY FOR THIS CRAP. ... show more
