Take 4 x AA batteries. Immediately connected to radio frequency and adjusted the time and date. It does everything I wanted it to do. Comes with a handy mounting guide. Also has "legs" so you can just set it on a flat surface. I have it above my door in my office. The temperature indicator is pretty spot on. I just wish it was about 50%-75% bigger. But for the price, it is a good clock. I don't know how long the duracel batteries will last, but I don't think I'll have to pull the clock down and change the batteries for several months. Oh, and it has a tiny internal battery that keeps the time and time zone while you're changing the batteries. Good value product.

I purchased four of these for different areas of my home. I like the clocks very much: they have easy to read displays with useful content, good battery life, and good accuracy. You may be wondering how good--as I was--and I've seen comments in some reviews, so here's my data on four WallarGe clocks after 686 days (1.88 years) WallarGe Error (sec) Drift (sec/day) # 1 +162 0.24 # 2 - 129 -0.19 # 3 + 43 0.06 # 4 - 595 -0.87 My assessment is that this is very good accuracy for a relatively inexpensive time reference. All are within +/- 1 second/day, and even the least accurate took nearly two years to fall behind by about 10 minutes, and by then I was annoyed enough to reset it. BTW, the time accuracy on these units was checked against two radio-controlled "atomic clocks" from two different manufacturers, and these agree with 2 seconds over the same time interval. Which reminds me of another advantage of these WallarGe clocks, that they can work well in locations where radio reception for the "atomic clocks" is a problem.

bought the clock for the elderly to see, it's large but i think because there isn't enough contrast to the background, makes it harder to read the time for old people. It doesn't have my time zone so I would need to manually set the time. every few month it would be slow by a few min where I would need to manually adjust it again...

This clock has a beautiful display, and the temperature & humidity are both very accurate. I know this because I tested it against my other Ambient Weather indoor sensors which are also very accurate. Still testing the accuracy of the time. UPDATE 6/14/2023: Had to return first clock b/c it suddenly fell behind 1 sec several times a day for no reason, and that was unacceptable. Received replacement clock sometime in early June. Set clock on 6/9/2023. After 5 days (6/14), clock only fell behind 3/4 of a second, according to the Emerald Time App, which checks 4 different time sources for the exact time. That's really accurate! Temperature and Humidity are also accurate according to my Ambient Weather temperature sensor. I would strongly recommend this clock. However, check the time, temperature & humidity against other sources to make sure you don't get a defect, like I originally did. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. FINAL UPDATE 6/25/2023: Clock is now behind by just 4½ seconds after 16 days. That's only -0.28 seconds per day! Very happy with this clock! There will be no more updates after this.

I got this primarily for the auto-set feature. It's huge, which is great because I can read it across the room, easily. But it's currently losing about 5 minutes/year. While that doesn't seem like a lot, I find myself late for work meetings because I'm relying on it, so I have to make the mental adjustment myself, which is a pain. I haven't looked to see if I can manually override it yet, but the auto-set feature is the ONE feature I was really interested in. So, overall, I'd say 'good' not 'great'.

I would often lose track of time while getting ready in the morning, especially while taking a shower. I'd be mind-wandering under the hot water for minutes on end, only to realise after leaving the shower that i only had a couple minutes before needing to head out the door. Not ideal for someone who also likes to eat breakfast before leaving the house! I installed this clock in a spot where I can see it both from the shower and from bed, which has helped me in several ways these past few weeks. Not only can i now hold myself accountable while showering (and keep showers under five minutes on workdays), i can also check the time first thing in the morning to make sure i haven't overslept, and keep an eye on the clock while getting ready so i can accurately pace myself. As long as there's enough light in the room, i can easily read the time from anywhere with a line of sight, even from the bed fifteen feet away. Also, installation and setup were both super straightforward and easy — i had it mounted on the wall about ten minutes after removing it from the box (and most of that time was just measuring and marking on the wall), and had the date, time, and other settings set up five minutes after that.

Large displays that is visible from the next room and hopefully it will automatically adjust to daylight savings time in October. My other digital clock from the same company advertised to change DST but did not. Time will tell.

I have had the clock for about a year and found that it keeps gaining time. I set the clock and within 55-days it has gained a minute (+ 1.113 seconds per day roughly). While my clock is not being used for anything where this could cause a problem, I don’t recommend it for use in computer centers or dispatch offices where the exact and correct time is important. Note that the clock doesn’t have a the ability to automatically set itself with the atomic clock or GPS signals.
