UPDATE: I contacted the seller and even with the holiday I received a quick response . The seller is refunding my money. For that I am thankful! The chair was fairly easy to put together. It is a very nice looking chair BUT.... We have had it for 4 days reclined In it three times before it decided to break. One side seems to have lost it's stability so when you try to recline you fall to the right side because nothing seems to be holding that side anymore. Very unhappy and have contacted the seller.     • Recliner is excellent! Delivery was terrible.
Recliner is well made, easy to assemble and looks well in our living room. My husband is 250 lbs and he likes this oversized recliner. The delivery, however, was not great. Left in our carport without notification that it had arrived until a day later. We are 78+ yrs old and had to enlist assistance to get the 100+ pound box up the stairs to our front door. ... show more
