Very much a good bed and I love that it's not wouldn't anywhere and it's all still. It took some time to put together but after I got it all together I wasn't missing any pieces and it was well worth the time putting together I would definitely recommend this bunk bed. And the instructions were very clear and easy to understand to put the bed together. Some parts are definitely a two-person job when putting all the pieces together but it probably would have took me a little less than 4 hours to put together if I had two people. ... show more

My hubby put this together himself. I only helped for a few minutes to prop up the bed as he screwed some pieces together. This is sturdy. My 7 yr old can climb it and get on the top bunk and it doesn't wiggle or move. My son sleeps on the bottom bunk and loves it. I'd buy this bunk over and over. Great price point, too! ... show more

It took awhile to deliver but the box showed up undamaged. When assembling the bed we found that some of the holes did not align between parts and several screws had bad threads. Issues that took time to overcome but we got it done. Since assembled, it has worked out great. The company needs better quality control when making the parts. ... show more

Mixed feeling about this one… I ordered this bunk bed because it seemed like a good fit for my household. The trundle made it an even sweeter deal, since it is essentially a third bed in case we needed it. BUT… After it was delivered (a day or two earlier than expected) we discovered that one of the crucial parts was missing; one of the legs. Even though the description states to contact them for any missing parts or pieces, there is no direct number for the manufacturer, and the only options that Amazon gave us was to either, #1 return everything for a full refund, #2 request a replacement and return the original bed within 30 days or be charged for a second order, or #3 Amazon would give us a small discount and we would be responsible to find a replacement part on our own. The problem with options #1 and #2, is that the box is so heavy and bulky, that it would be difficult to transport it back to a UPS drop off location. The problem with #3 is that the company that manufactures the bed is in Vietnam, so replacing the missing part is not as easy as it sounds. Upon receiving my second order (yes, I thought it was a decent enough product so I tried again) the result was better, with the box containing all the required parts and pieces. HOWEVER… This time the lower bunk had one fault; one of the screws wouldn’t go in for whatever reason. So instead of 4 supporting screws, there is only 3 on that joint. ... show more
