Product arrived as described, everything needed to set up and ready to play. If you are fastening this to wood, you will need to purchase 3/8" Lag bolts (12), as this products does come with Masonry anchors for fastening to concrete walls only. The only difficulty I had with the shipment is the seller put the wrong contact number number in so the shipper was unable to call me, I called the shipper and straightened it out, but it came a week after I had expected it to be delivered. It was easy to set up, you will need at least 2 people, 3 is helpful when mounting the backboard. Have not used it yet, this was installed for a customer and we wrapped it up to protect it while finishing touches to the project were done. Impressed with the overall quality so far. We wanted a tempered glass 72" backboard that would mount solid to out building's wall. Shipping via TForce left some to be desired mostly because they rescheduled multiple times is the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars. The product is rock solid.
