The first thing I like is that it's a 12-in clock, not too big nor too small. Then there's the heavy black hands the minute hand being an inch and a half longer the hour hand . The second hand is large bright red and easy to see. The numbers are large well-defined and easy to read . Even the little black dots designating minutes are easy to read . I am 75 years old and I appreciate a clock I can read from across the room.The fact that it's silent and doesn't tick is a real plus for me . The clock is accurate and seems to be well made so I am very pleased with it and would recommend it.

Featuring a clean attractive design, this 10 inch black and white wall clock looks great on your wall. It has easily readable numbers and the smooth movement is instantly noticeable. Due to it's smoother movement, it does not make any tick-tock sounds. It runs on a single AA battery and has thus far kept correct time well (I've had it up about a day so far). The included wall mounting hardware it pretty neat. It is a star shaped mounting block with four tiny spike nails. These securely fasten the mounting block on the wall and the clock hangs off the block. One major advantage of this mounting hardware over a regular nail, is that the holes made by the tiny nails are much smaller than those even made by a finishing nail, so there is minimal damage to walls when mounting this clock.

I love this clock buying the 12 inch version easy to see across the room with pointy hands and a no tic second hand per past versions. I started this four days ago wuth atomic clock Internet accuracy and it hasn't lost a second so far. Maybe after a month or more we will see if it misses a beat. But we are in 2024 technology where the same clock design in the '80s cost a lot more and were not as accurate. With my old eyes looking at the cable box to show the time with small lighted digital display is hard to see. This clock makes it easy to see a welcome edition to my man cave. The battery will last for years who knows how long. Regards

It seems smaller in person that it does on the yardstick, but it's 12 inches across, and 1.5 inches thick. It runs on 1 AA battery (not included) that slides into the battery compartment in the back. There's no door on the battery compartment, which is one less piece to lose, but the battery fits in snugly and won't fall out. The time is set with a dial just above the battery compartment, and it moves smoothly in both directions. The second hand sweeps, so there's no 'click' sound for each second. It makes no noise, unless your ear is right next to it, and then there's a very faint noise. It's big enough to be seen across the room easily, and the numbers are large enough to read from across the room.

I wanted a clock for my shop to replace one that was many years old and had died. We'll see how long this will last, but so far it looks great in the shop and it's a nice size that I can read from a distance. After a few days, it's still right on time. It is super light, so I don't think they put a lot of material in it, but on the wall that does not matter. It would have been nice to include a AA battery.

This clock has big numbers so it's easy to read from a distance which I really like. This 12 inch clock is also light weight. Over several days it has kept time well. It comes with a white plastic piece to mount to the wall, but I didn't' use this as I used a bolt on a brick wall. I have this mounted outside as I wanted a clock to view while outside. In the product information it said it could be used indoor or outdoor so I'll have to see over time how it holds up to the weather. It will be protected from rain (so shouldn't get wet) and it will be in the sun for just part of the day.

This wall clock is exactly what I've been looking for. It's very simple but has easy-to-read numbers (even when the room is dark/dim). The clock is quiet and does not make any ticking sounds. My only complaint is that I wish it was a larger size (12 inches diameter would have been perfect) but overall, I'm happy with this wall clock. It even comes with some mounting hardware and pins but it's not a traditional way of mounting a clock so I opted not to use it.

The clock motor/gears make enough noise that I can hear it from 10' away. I guess only digital clocks are entirely quiet, but the larger displays require multiple batteries every 3+ months (most don't even advertise the expected battery life) and the location I have for the clock doesn't have power near it. This is much better noise than ticking since it is approaches a kind of white noise sound.
