This is a great heavy bag hanging solution for those with limited space. I was able to macgyver it to fit my angled garage roof with vertical extension beams. Rolls away effortlessly so I can regain my space. I only wish it was 4" longer (i know, thats what she said) A few more inches and walking around the bag would be easier.

We have had our heavy bag on a large stand that took up a large portion of a corner in our basement. I ordered this ceiling mount in an effort to free up some space and I'm glad I did! My husband and his friend installed it easily and pretty quickly. It is very sturdy and I'm not afraid of it going anywhere. It is perfect for opening up some space. It tucks back against the wall and when we're ready to use it we just need to pull on the little chain behind the bag and slide it forward on the track. There are several holes along the rail that allow you to choose how far out you want the bag to go and once you find your spot it locks into place. To put it out of the way again you simply pull the chain and slide it back. We're going to need to buy an come chain to add some length above the bag but that is due to the height of our ceiling. Overall I'd recommend if you are looking to install you heavy bag and be able to tuck it out of the way. Works as described.

This is a great hanger for your home gym to save up some space. It is a little difficult to install, but once it is, it is worth it. This is a durable hanger that is easy to pull out and push back in. It holds the weight of the punching bag with no problem. The bag will stay in place, making it stable and it functions properly. I do wish it was a little longer, but it still works and helps out from having the bag just hang in the middle of your home gym. This is a great value for your money.

For most of us we don't have enough space to have a large, dedicated room for exercise. Like me, it's probably your garage, and that has a whole range of other items in it. Maybe even a car!! While this mount doesn't make your heavy bag disappear, it did help me save a bit of space by sliding my 100 pound bag against the wall when I'm not using it. When in use, the bag hangs about 30 inches from the wall, not enough to allow me to use it from that side, but plenty of room to let it swing freely during a workout. It handles the weight of the bag easily, and seems really sturdy and durable. At around $100 I think you're paying for a premium ceiling mount, but it does function very well, so you can rationalize the cost.

I got this bag hanger for my brother, who trains regularly with a punching bag in his garage gym. It arrived very well packed and included everything needed for mounting, which made setup simple. The build quality is impressive, this thing looks and feels truly heavy-duty, easily capable of holding a full 300 lb bag without concern. The standout feature is the sliding roller system. Once training is done, you can roll the bag back toward the wall, which frees up garage space instead of leaving the bag hanging in the middle. It’s a clever and very practical design. The only downside is the length of the mounting arm that attaches to the wall. In my opinion, it’s a bit too short. That means when the bag is in position, you’re training fairly close to the wall, which limits freedom of movement. A longer arm would give more space to work around the bag comfortably. Pros: Heavy-duty construction, includes all mounting hardware, clever roller system saves space, stable and secure, good value for money. Cons: Mounting arm is short, limits movement near the wall. All in all, it is a solid, thoughtfully designed heavy bag hanger that makes great use of space. It’s perfect for home gyms, though the short mounting arm does restrict bag movement a little.
