This is a heavy-duty bracket that I installed over a week ago on a cement block wall in my garage. It doesn’t have many instructions, so would recommend someone that is handy install it to support the weight of what you are hanging. I have a 70lbs bag. Haven’t needed to swing the arm or extend it. It came with anchors and screws to hang it but I decided to buy and use my own. I’m happy with the end result at a reasonable price.

It’s good for the price, drawback is there is a locking pin on the very bottom that does absolutely nothing the pin can just fall out and go in with ease so it’s too small of a pin, (gonna find and install a correct size one) and the loosen to adjust knob is pretty much being used to hold the arm still, and even as tight as possible the main arm/bar moves a decent bit when the bag is hit from the left or right , not anything insane but noticeable, if correct size pin was in the kit making it a lot more solid it would be a 5 star other than that for the price it’s not bad

The media could not be loaded. I only I’m using 100 pound bag and this thing is extremely flimsy... everything about it scares me and the main connection makes absolutely no sense. When you punch the bag, it literally slides along the shackle because they made it square instead of round. Or should I say U shaped. This design makes absolutely no sense because as soon as you hit the bag from side to side, it creates way more force on the entire unit by slamming against the bracket that’s holding the bag. I mean, just look at it and you will see what I’m talking about. The carabiner slides back and forth and smacks from side to side of the shackle. and now I drilled all these holes and specifically made a mouny on my wall for this particular amount.... now I am screwed and putting in a ton of time and money trying to set this thing up permanently. One giant headache, and waste of money.

It's great but it needs better swivel hardware. The weight of the bag is too much for the swivel and the nut keeps backing off. I added red lock tight and hopefully that fixes the problem.
