  • Highly recommend for anyone who wants a low profile treadmill for light exercise
Style: Z1 242 lbs black
If you plan to use this on a GFCI outlet or a circuit that's on a GFCI breaker you will need to buy something called an isolation transformer. Probably something with at least 500W capacity, but I went with 1000W just to be safe. Reason being: this thing will draw a ton of power when the motor first kicks on, and that will probably trip the GFCI safety into thinking there's been a fault or a short. That's not unique to this product - any treadmill will likely do the same. Best use case it to connect right in to a regular outlet and you should have no issues, but if you are going to use this in a space where only GFCI circuits are available (like a basement), then you need to use an isolation transformer. I'm not an expert on electronics or anything like that, but I had seen mention of isolation transformers solving the issue somewhere online and when I tried it for myself it seemed to work. Been using it with the transformer for a few months now and haven't had any problems at all. The product itself has been good - the size is perfect for my workspace and I use it under my desk when I'm gaming or working. The speed settings are great for a casual walk all the way up to a bit of a brisk walking pace. Setup is easy - apply a little bit of treadmill lubricant (sold separately) and plug it in and go. There is an app but I've not used it at all and don't feel like I'm missing out. ... show more

  • Great Product, Amazing Customer Service
Ordered a WalkingPad A1 Pro and when it was delivered, it sounded as though it was slammed down. Subsequently, we had issues that I contacted customer service about. I worked with Becky who was very responsive, thorough in her explanations and followed through to the end to make sure all was well. A new WalkingPad was sent and I am extremely pleased with the product. It's compact in size but allows plenty of room to walk on. The APP has great options for different walking programs, many based on different goals you may be working to achieve. It is a bit heavy and may be hard for some people to move easily, but I love how compact it becomes. I would recommend WalkingPad to anyone, especially since this company really seems to care about providing a great product and consumer satisfaction. ... show more

  • Compact, does the job, but with some rough edges
Style: Z1 242 lbs black
This foldable walking pad does what it’s supposed to do. It’s compact, folds easily, and setup was simple. For the price, it’s a good value compared to a lot of the higher-priced options. There are tradeoffs. The bottom isn’t really protected, and the tread sometimes bumps the side, which has led to a little fraying where it rubs. It’s a bit loud. It’s not light, and the small wheels don’t help much, so moving it takes some effort. You either need to pick it up and drag it or find the right angle to roll it. If you want a space-saving walking pad that’s cheaper than most and you can live with some noise and occasional wear on the belt edge, this is a solid pick. If you need quiet or plan to move it often, look elsewhere. Pros: • Folds and stores easily • Very easy setup • Compact footprint • Good value for the price Cons: • Bottom has little to no protection • Belt can rub the side and fray a bit • A little loud • Heavy for its size, small wheels make it hard to move ... show more

  • Heavy but easily folds in stores
Style: P1 220 lbs
I use this in my office and it is fantastic! It takes a minute to get it set to the correct speed that you want but it’s really great. The length is long enough that I don’t feel like I’m going to walk off of the back of it. I would love for it to be a little bit wider for stability and mindless walking. 🙂 If you have balance issues, I would recommend getting one that has the frame in the front to hold onto. This one does not. ... show more

  • I expected more from this walking pad, but was disappointed!!!
Style: P1 220 lbs
I have several concerns regarding this product: 1- This product is very heavy to move even though it has wheels 2- The speed transition is NOT smooth, the machine will jerk a bit when you change the speed, which will cause loss of balance 3- There were times were while I was walking the tread would slowdown on its own if I stepped on it a certain way, which actually caused me to fall 4- You have to have a bar to hold on to if you plan to walk fast on this thing. Again it is unstable 5- I don't see this help with weight loss. You can get steps in, but you will NOT break a sweat or get high speed (power walk) from it. Because of these reasons, I returned this product. ... show more

  • Do not recommend

Updated review: they're sending me a refund to repurchase, I appreciate all their help with the defective belt. The defective one must have been a one off. Original review: Only purchased 4 months ago. The belt is shredded and unable to be used. The company sent me a replacement belt that basically will require me to take apart the entire machine, which is unacceptable. I've had a previous model by this company, and it performed well for 2.5 years. Clearly product quality is diminishing. ... show more

  • Walking mat not aligned and thread is coming off.
Style: Z1 242 lbs black
The media could not be loaded. The seller acknowledged the delays and mistakes in returning my equipment and offered either a refund or a replacement, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, UPS created quite a challenge — the return label provided by the seller showed as expired, and I spent nearly five to six hours on the phone with UPS trying to resolve it. I even ended up paying twice for the pickup fee. Despite all that effort, neither UPS nor the seller could locate the returned item for a while. Ultimately, the seller issued a refund, and I am thankful for their responsiveness and fairness. As for the walking pad itself, I actually liked it — it worked well and was convenient, especially for indoor use during winter. However, the edge of the walking mat began tearing after only a few uses, likely due to a slight misalignment. Otherwise, it could have been ideal. Overall, the seller acted responsibly once I reached them, and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue. I may consider purchasing again from them in the future, perhaps during a sale. Thank you. ... show more
