I’ve replaced my chair with the Walking Pad during work hours, and I’m now able to get my steps in without disrupting my day. It’s amazing how quickly I can hit my step goal (I aim for 7,000–10,000 steps a day), and it doesn’t take nearly as much time as I thought! What I Love About It: Super Convenient & Foldable – One of the best features is that it’s foldable and incredibly easy to move. I can store it away when I’m not using it, so it doesn’t take up much space in my home office. Effortless Integration into Work – I just walk slowly while answering emails or joining calls. I’ve had this walking pass for a couple months now and I’ve been very happy with the purchase. I work from home and spend long hours at the computer. A standing desk alone was just not cutting it. One of the things that drew me to walking pad was not only the good reviews it had received online about the to walking pads, but its ability to fold in half and the longer warranty. One of the drawbacks someone mentioned in s review was that sometimes you could feel the belly join when walking but that it was very minor. I haven’t noticed this unless I’m walking with bare feet. The fan does turn on after a bit while the pad is running but it’s not distractingly loud. Easy for me to time out as white noise. I used to take some work to the gym so i could use a remind while I worked and this is a big step up. The pad feels sturdy and well made and the sizing is perfect for me to fold in half and roll to the side or under my desk when I’m not using it. I don’t have space to stand a treadmill on end against a wall or to roll under a couch. The compact size is ideal. While it does have its own step tracker, I have a fitness watch that I’ll take off my wrist and put in my pocket so I really haven’t used the app much. However, my minimal use of it has been pretty intuitive and easy. 10 of 10 recommend.

I've only had this for a couple of days, but a few notes so far. * Build quality seems fine. I doubt it would survive in a commercial gym, but it seems adequate for home use. * It is fairly quiet when in use, but you can hear it. The biggest sound is the belt rubbing on the pad while you are walking. The motor barely makes any sound. * The app works better than I expected. It pairs with the walking pad easily and controls it straightforward. Was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews on the app, but so far I would say it works very well. Putting my phone onto a charging stand next to my laptop give me a heads up display and easy access to all controls. * The remote could have benefitted from an extra button or two. It isn't completely obvious how to perform some functions; however, once you use it for a bit then it's not horrible. I still prefer the app though. * I wish the walking pad was about 2 inches wider. It's not bad and it certainly helps to be more compact when stored, but there have been a couple times when I step into the frame instead of the belt. Most likely something that will go away with more use / training. * Weight is manageable. Light enough to move around (especially with the built on wheels) but heavy enough to be stable and not flimsy. I would not want to have to carry it around though and it will work best if you keep it in one room. * Speed options are good. The fastest speed is a decent jog. Honestly, any faster would really need a bigger belt. Will update if it doesn't last, but based on what I have seen so far this is a great option for a walking pad.

This walking pad lasted a little less than a year for me. It was great for about the first 6 months and then it deteriorated even following proper care. Despite cleaning and applying lubricant to the pad, I noticed that the right side of the belt had begun to show signs of wear. The wear became increasingly worse and I started to notice shreds of the belt tread piling up behind the walking pad. I came to the reviews to see if anyone else had a similar problem and sure enough other people have noted similar issues with the belt shredding over time. Tiny pieces turned into strands of belt string getting caught around the internal front roller. I noticed the speed of the pad becoming slower than the MPH it was reporting. This is because the strands wrapped around the roller were slowing down the rotation. I tried to clean the roller and realign the belt after each walk (which was a huge pain). This slowed down deterioration but never entirely. I started smelling smoke coming from the machine. It smelled like it was burning on the inside. At this point it was becoming a possible fire hazard, so I had to throw away the pad after 10 months of use 3 times a week. Not pleased for the 350 dollars I paid. Not happy about the design of the pad. I wish we had read the other negative reviews sooner. I wouldn't have bought the pad. I likely won't do business with this company again.

Size and portability is great. Being able to fold it is nice for storage and great for ease of applying belt lubricant. Dislike the noise of a fan that kicks on here and there. The automatic mode does not work well for slower walking, rather it too easily comes to a stop; either that or it tries to go faster and faster; no apparent way to keep a slow walk going, in automatic mode, e.g. while using keyboard and mouse. Works well in the other manual mode, set to a constant speed. Love the minimal control being nothing more than a tiny remote control to keep on the desk. Wish automatic mode worked better for organically going from stopped to slow walk and vice versa to stopped, with ability to frequently change between those states. No comment on the phone app because I don't use it.

I purchased this walking pad to use with my sit/stand desk at the office, and it has been a great addition. I love that it folds neatly under my desk when I’m sitting and is quick to set up when I want to walk. I had an issue with the belt and reached out to the company through the Amazon app. Sherry Wang, in the company's customer support, went above and beyond—truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She responded quickly and thoroughly, even after hours, and helped diagnose the problem over video. Once she identified the problem, she immediately sent a replacement, which works perfectly. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to Sherry for her superb assistance.

The walking pad is sturdy and easy to walk on. On the low speed it's pretty quiet and you probably can have a call while you doing the walking. On higher speeds it makes more noticeable noise. The belt also rubs a little bit on higher speeds. Also there is a fan that engages to cool it down, which adds to the noise level. The fold in the middle feels awkward to step on if you waling bare feet, but overall it's not an issue. The unit folds nicely, but you cannot really stand it upright to the wall, it has to lay flat. Not sure if i will store it folded or not, still getting used to it. The bad news is that the interface and overall usability is not really good, things that i noticed immediately: - If unit goes to sleep mode, there is no way to wake it up again, exept to bend down and flip the switch. This is really annoying. - The "auto" speed mode is really finicky to use and i find myself using the manual speed mode. - The app with workout schedule is really difficult to use, everything takes too much taps and sometimes it does not want to pair with the pad. Again, these are minor annoying things, but in general, the pad is good quality. Not sure how long it will last, but i imagine since this is not for running or fast walking, it will last 5-6 years of light use.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I have logged over 2 million steps on my walking pad. It is reliable, great quality, light weight & easy to assemble & store. The customer service team is also fantastic with support and questions! Would recommend for anyone who works from home or just wants to get some extra steps in.
