Purchased this item thinking it would be convenient and easy to move around. It was too heavy to be used as a portable walking pad that can be put away. I sent it back due to it being extremely heavy, so it just was not what I was looking for. I never used it for walking so I'm not sure how well that would work. This is the second treadmill I order, and both have the same issue. The belt (where you walk) constantly shifts to one side, and eventually gets completely misaligned and tangled. It’s ready to use when you take it out of the box. I am 5‘6“ and the length is fine. I do wish it had an armrest because I feel like I need to likely hold onto something. The value for the money was exceptional. I do not run on it. I walk Between 2.6 miles an hour to 3 miles an hour.
