I bought this for my house. Here are some honest pros and cons. Pros: It is very quiet, it is light. The belt is smooth and it nice that it comes with lubricant to keep it that way. Cons: The bar doesn't fold down, making it either out all the time or removing the bar. The description before buying said there were wheels and auto-incline and neither of these are true. The incline adjustment requires changing out foot pads. You MUST use the remote to get the belt moving and you have to hit the buttons in a way that aren't in the instructions. I would have returned this and gotten a different one that a friend has. I live in a small place so space is tight. I needed one that folded down easily and was versatile. Walking area too short. I didn't like it. It's not comfortable to walk on because you really have to shorten your stride. I rarely use it because of that reason.
