I think this is a mediocre walking pad. The pad length is short and doesn't suit someone with a long stride, because shockingly you can have a long stride even with short legs. It's certainly functional and does as intended, but the belt also slips to the left a lot. I have adjusted the belt a few times already and have only walked a total of 5 miles on it. It's a decent value for money. There are pros. It's relatively quiet. It was already assembled, so it was essentially a plug & play which is great for a quick set up. I am easily able to move it up and down stairs and to different rooms which is great. Sometimes I watch TV and walk or work at my standing desk and walk. Overall it's decent. If I could buy another one, I would look for one with a longer pad for those who have longer strides. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought this product to help me heal after a major surgery and walking was one of the only exercises recommended. I purchased this walking pad the beginning of February. I followed the instructions and even a video on how/ when to oil and clean it. The beginning of May, only three months after I purchased the walking pad it was showing an Error code and not working. I contacted the company because the code was not listed in the small booklet that it came with. That was the beginning of a multitude of emails that have, to date not fixed anything. They sent the same 'cleaning' video twice even after I told them it had already been done and that they had previously sent me the video. I have sent 2 videos of turning the pad on and increasing the speed while it doesn't move. In one email they said they would give me a refund then a second email was sent saying "Please ignore the previous email'. I am still waiting for some kind of response from them. It worked ok for the first few months so unless you will only use this on a very rare occasion DON'T BOTHER ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ... show more

This walking pad as completely transformed my life. Not because I'm suddenly super fit, but because I can now say I've walked 10 miles...while rewatching The Office for the 47th time. Let's be real: I bought this walking pad with big dreams of turning into a treadmill desk productivity queen. What actually happened? I became a professional binge-walker. I've power-walked through dramatic love triangles, apocalyptic battles, and four full seasons of a baking show where no one ever truly fails, but somehow I still cry. It's whisper quiet-meaning I can hear every juicy line of dialogue without subtitles. It fits perfectly under the couch when I'm not using it (aka when I pretend I'm "resting my knees" but I'm actually just tired from walking and emotionally invested in a plot twist). INCREDIBLY NOISY Yes the motor is technically quiet, but it creaks incredibly bad. edit: the creak was an easy fix, a bolt underneath on the right side in the middle needed to be tightened. So a more honest review: It's light, almost too light it's very easy to knock about by accident, this shouldn't cause most people problems it's very low, again not a problem for most people but if you have it on a mat or carpet you may need to put runners under its feet, I'm using 1 inch boards. I'm on the higher end of the weight its rated for but still under the advertised amount and I can feel the motor struggling, they may want to knock thirty or forty pounds off what they're saying is the max. The media could not be loaded. I love this treadmill because it’s small, perfect size for Home or office. It’s hard for me to keep my balance so having the handle is perfect and it has a holder on the bar big enough to hold a phone or tablet. it’s also very quiet so it doesn’t disturb anyone.
