I am so glad I took my time researching different incline walking pads. After my Urevo walking pad died after 3 years, I needed something else. I saw the positive reviews and then walked on it for myself. My favorite things are: - It has a 350 pound weight limit (so it is very sturdy, and not flimsy like a cheaper walking pad) - The 6 levels or 12% Incline makes your workout very challenging, so you can burn more calories in a given time. - It has wheels so that you can easily slide it to the side or up against the wall to save space -You could get a good jog on this too if you wanted. Just be aware that it doesn't have any handlebars, but you can buy that separately, and only if you need it. ... show more

    • Vital Walk is a Great Walking Pad
I love the Vital Walk walking pad. It’s super easy to set up. The only issue I had was the plastic wrap in packaging got around one of the wheels in the back and it took some time to remove it. But it’s a great treadmill. And who needs the bar in front of you to hold on to. In fact it’s more natural to walk without holding on to anything. I watch tv while using it anyway. I like the fact that the motor is underneath the walking pad. This way you don’t step on the motor cover like with most other treadmills. The remote works great. The speed starts at 0.6 mph and with the remote goes up by 0.2 mph increments very fast. I’m going 1.8 mph now, and that is fine for me right now. And I don’t walk long. Right now it’s six minutes a day. I hope to increase over time in speed and speed time. My Vital Walk is already at an incline, but I think there are levelers in the back which I can probably use to set it flat. But I like the slight incline as it gives you a harder workout. So I haven’t needed to use the auto incline feature just yet. But I can feel I’m getting stronger. This product is great. And you can’t get a better treadmill that is more durable and comfortable to use. I love it. ... show more

I acquired this for my wife’s home workstation. It is a nice compact treadmill desk that has a roller for easy movement in the office. There is a remote control to adjust the speed and the incline. It is quiet and operates smoothly. The treadmill is easily portable and it operates quite easily. There is a digital readout on the treadmill indicating the speed, and there is an app that connects to the treadmill, also. Overall, it is a great purchase for my wife. ... show more

    • Treadmill or walk pad?
Mainly doing this review to hopefully help others like me that worried about buying something sight unseen and maybe a first time buyer trying to weigh cost/features/options of treadmills/walk pads. First off, Amazon was amazingly fast with delivery with prime. I ordered this late in the day and it was at my house about the same time the next day!!! Pretty well packed, the box was in perfect factory sealed condition and no damage inside and everything seems to work like it should. The battery for the remote is a wristwatch type flat round battery. No mention of what orientation battery installs in remote, but there is a minus symbol printed in remote compartment and you just need to verify which side of the battery is negative and put that side down toward the symbol in remote. Like other reviews mention, the remote is kinda cheap feeling and the whole remote is black plastic, including the buttons and corresponding function symbols. Nothing else really needs to be done ahead of time except plugging it into AC power and turning switch on the unit to “on.” Instructions are clear about adjusting belt left or right to ensure it’s centered and you might have to make sure it’s level depending on what kind of a surface you place it on. I am 6’1 with a 36 inch inseam and size 11.5 shoe(all US Measurements) At 235 pounds, I have no issue walking on this and no concerns about the length or width of the belt. The belt measures 42 inches long by 17.75 inches wide. Since there is no stationary header or footer beyond the roller ends, that is exactly what you have to walk or jog on from dead center of the front roller to about dead center of the rear roller. The lowest part of the BELT only, sits just about 6 inches off the ground (if the until has not been inclined) The platform appears to be very solid and no creaks or flexing. It’s a little more than I really wanted to spend but as long as I don’t have any defects that materialize, I’d rather have gotten this and know I’m keeping it than to get something that’s too short, seems weak etc and have to send it back. I just hope it proves trouble free over the long run. (Sorry that wasn’t an intentional pun). I got this mainly for maybe hour long walks and didn’t really buy it to run or even jog on, although I did a couple minor jogs the first time I used it and it seems capable of handling that. I would suggest a sturdy work out or firm rubber mat to place under it. If you have balance issues, maybe buy aftermarket handlebars for walk pads or invest in a higher end treadmill. This appears to be a very sturdy solid unit designed with a smaller footprint or for people that can’t justify $1000 or more for a full size treadmill with a ton of extra electronic “features” that I think are really unnecessary. I can manually monitor my own heart rate and don’t need to walk through the virtual garden of Eden while I’m on this. If any of what I’m saying sounds like you, this might be a recommended buy for you. I’ve never owned a treadmill or walk pad so I have really nothing to compare, but this seems pretty quiet while in operation. Obviously the faster the speed, the higher the noise level. But even at its higher speeds it seems pretty quiet. Overall I’m pretty satisfied as long as there are no malfunctions. Hope it helps. Best of luck. ... show more

Omg! I love this thing straight out of the box! I just walked my dog on it and I took a test run too. This walking pad is solid. It doesn't feel cheep and its tall people friendly (im 5'11 235 lbs). I can make my normal, full strides while walking and it doesn't feel like I'm going to step off of the ends! This thing has some speed on it to. My dog got up to a jogging speed gradually. The speed increments are very smooth and the design is very smart. The bar under the bottom allows you to manage the weight of the walker easily. It is heavy in the box, but once out of the box its way easier to move. I will keep updating this review, but so far this is a very recommended purchase! ... show more

    • Amazing Customer Service From Vital Walk
I’ve had this walking pad for I believe half a year now, I use it all the time and love it but I started having a motor problem. I reached out to the company and they responded almost immediately and offered me ways to fix the problem. They were super responsive during the whole process and never took long to reply to my questions. They ended up replacing my walking pad super quickly. I do truly love this walking pad & that you can use an app to control it. Worth the money for the pad and the service. ... show more
