It’s works just fine at least for walking speeds, we haven’t tried to run on it since we don’t “run” anyway. If gives us opportunity to get a good walk in even if the weather is keeping us in. It is perfect for my needs. It is compact and quiet, quick and easy set up. This might not work for a larger or taller (stride) person, or someone who likes to run on a treadmill. There are no bells and whistles with it, simply a walking pad that I can move around and stow easily.

12/29/2025 Works, but isn’t as quiet as I had hoped. It is narrow so if I’m not paying attention, the side of my foot hits the back edge and it def tries to suck your foot in and hurts, but my fault for not paying attention. It does the job for walking, not long enough for a good run stride. I have not tried at the desk, just walking and jogging while watching tv. If it was quieter, I’d give it 5 stars. We’ll see how it holds up in the long run. 01/10/2026 still works but now that I used a hotel treadmill, I’m thinking this walk pad is not accurate in its speed. I’ve been walking on the pad at 4.5-5mph and doing about a 13 minute mile. I’m not going for speed, just to get my butt moving. The hotel treadmill just kicked my ass at 3.5mph and averaged a much longer mile. One of these is off and I’m thinking it’s the cheap off brand walk pad, not the lifetime fitness treadmill. ... show more
