ZERO STARS!!! This walking pad is absolute trash and it’s not returnable. We have opened a credit card dispute to get our money back because the seller does not help. All of the pieces aren’t included, it is SO LOUD and incredibly unstable. Couldn’t even attempt the so-called incline because only half the items needed for that feature were included. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this seller to use their platform.

This works great for getting steps in. Adding some extra walking cardio. Its a good size to walk for my height 5'4 and feels very sturdy and secure. The incline is good and the remote is really handy. It was assembled quickly by my husband. The rail/bar is pretty short. Its good for when i start to stumble but someone much taller this would be way to small for stride and bar height. I wouldn't recommend running on this but I haven't tried to sooo.

Your product is not as described. I’m 5’10” 170lbs and the bar barely reaches my waist yet on your female model it is up to her chest. The pad belt repeatably sticks if you step down too hard and this causes you to loose balance and almost fall constantly. Finally after walking a little over 20 minutes, the machine turned off and would not turn back off. I tried to return it and Amazon won’t allow and leaves you at the mercy of the seller. Waste of money.

It sounds fine until I actually try to walk on it. It makes a weird grinding noise when walking on it. The closer I get to the front the louder it gets. I am 5’8 and the flimsy tray on the too low handle is useless. It won’t hold my tablet and the bar is too low to read anything without being a hunchback.

The incline does not compare to an actual treadmill, but for the price point, this thing is awesome! Charge a couple AAA batteries for the remote because you have to use the remote to turn it on. Incline is MANUAL, so you place blocks under the front of the machine. Easy setup. 5 stars for me!

I assembled the treadmill and was unable to use it because it’s missing a part. You can contact the company on the weekend so I tried calling them today that it’s Monday and they gave me another phone number to call. I called the other phone number and there’s no answer. I had to text them or email them. I’m still waiting for a response so far this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a product. In addition, one thing I will add I tried to turn on the treadmill. The only way you can actually use it is by using the remote control, which looks flimsy had a difficult time trying to put the batteries in I couldn’t even slide open the remote I had a difficult time and I was a little nervous because it’s very cheap and it looked like it was about to break to be honest. I’m even nervous using the treadmill hopefully once I get the part if I ever get the part, it will work. At this point, I wasted $130 for nothing because they won’t even return it.

The media could not be loaded. We used it 2 days so far. Some small screws and rings for handle are missing but the knobs are good enough to secure the handle on the walking pad. ***Big issue I have is the tray for phone or iPad does not stay in place. Be careful since I dropped my phone on the floor 4 times and on the walking pad itself 1 time which almost got caught on a track. The machine is however smooth. **Tip: DO not lose the remote though, since it is only one way to operate the machine. The black string is provided in the package. I attached the remote to the handle. ** Speed goes up to 6 mph, but you won’t be able to jog or run that fast since the track is too short, particularly if you are tall adult. I am 5.7 and this track to short for me to event do brisk walk. However it gives you enough exercise level to digest food after meal. It is practical and for our purpose; 10-30 min walk after dinner in Winter.

JUNK! Malfunctions began within 10 minutes of use. The machine began clicking loudly non-stop. Then an intermittent thumping noise began. I tried moving to a different place. Starting and restarting, nothing helped. To make things more annoying, Amazon won't issue a refund because this is sold by a third party.. So now I have to try to communicate with a mystery seller & hope they issue a refund for their faulty product. I'd probably refund regardless of the random noises because this machine is SOOO LOUD. Much louder than my previous walking pad.
