This works great for getting steps in. Adding some extra walking cardio. Its a good size to walk for my height 5'4 and feels very sturdy and secure. The incline is good and the remote is really handy. It was assembled quickly by my husband. The rail/bar is pretty short. Its good for when i start to stumble but someone much taller this would be way to small for stride and bar height. I wouldn't recommend running on this but I haven't tried to sooo.

I would def. skip this purchase. The pad sticks when you are running at any speed. (i later saw a review about this- after i got mine. also, i noticed all the reviews have changed) after I fell off once, and hurt my knee on the 2nd time - popped inwards. I am trying to get my money back from Seller. The bar is not very tall at all and not very durable... See photo. I am 5'2 and no way this is that high...... When you are on it, your constantly looking down, because of how low the bar is. Also, your feet constantly hit the back of the mat so it does take time to adjust to that as well. There is no emergency shut off either. It takes about 3-4 seconds to stop. I will update if i get my refund

Love this walking pad! It’s compact and I can slide it under the bed when not in use. I get so many more steps a day now that I can walk a quick mile before bed. So glad I purchased! Easy to use and set up, and not loud. Great value for such a useful piece of equipment.

I bought this walking pad in mid January, and at first it was great. Its size was perfect for me and my space, it at first seemed like a great value, was set up in minutes. It really got me back into my walking routine, and after a week or so, I was hooked. My machine was quiet, the track worked great, until it didn’t. While in the middle of of brisk workout, the track sudden stopped. Scared the heck out of me, my phone flew out of the very small tray, and I thankfully caught myself from falling. I looked back and saw the cord was touching the back and assumed that a safety feature was activated, moved it, and continued on my walk. The track actually starts itself back up after stopping. All was good until it stopped on me 3 more times. I completed my work out, and immediately wrote Amazon on my experience. After reading more reviews, I was worried I was just out of luck, but was fairly quickly refunded my money for this dangerous piece of work. I’m just so thankful I wasn’t really hurt on this thing. That’s a scary feeling😅 Now onto more research for another walking pad to help cure my winter blues! 🤞

I gave it four stars because I have not used it personally and have not gotten an review from the owner. Item came really quick. Shipped the same day I ordered it. Came in good condition. Easy to put together. It is not silent but not loud either. It was a gift for someone trying to start his health journey and learning to walk properly again. I can not speak on how it works being it was just purchased. I believe it will work well. I thought about getting one for my self. It is ran by remote. If the remote breaks are you loose it, your out of luck. The only thing I wish is if the handle was a lil taller. The person it is for, I believe it can get uncomfortable to hold on to for a long period of time. with not having proper balance holding on to the low handle May, I Say May, hurt your back.

TLDR: Do NOT buy. Purchased in February, and at the time of purchase this product had 4.5 stars and different photos. When I went to check on shipping, it was suddenly a different walking pad with horrible reviews. Unfortunately as I suspected after the bait and switch, the product is absolute garbage, annoying to assemble, and doesn't run properly. As others have stated, it will randomly turn off, overheat, and the incline is a joke. I kept it in hopes that I didn't get a dud, but I was absolutely scammed and this company should be taken off Amazon altogether.

Received yesterday, unpacked this morning. It came used and damaged with dings, used round “feet”, and bent metal that I’m supposed to attach incline materials to. Oh and it’s completely NON-RETURNABLE for some reason. Update: customer service is excellent and they offered to replace my treadmill immediately. It’s a really great little walking pad and super quiet, and the company selling them was super helpful and resolved my issue very quickly.

When I received this walking pad, it did not work right out of the box. I contacted the seller, and they asked me to try several things, which I did. It still didn't work. I asked to return the item, and they told me to take the box that held the electrical components off to ensure everything was connected. Since I'm not mechanically inclined, I found someone who could do this for me. We found a wire that had not been connected ever - not that it came loose during shipping - it had never been connected. So, they connected the wire, and I finally had power to the unit. Regrettably, after using the walking pad for less than a week, it stopped working again. However, this time I was using it, and it stopped without warning, making me lose my balance and fall on a set of nearby weights. I'm still recovering almost three weeks later! Now the issue is a loose cord that just wiggles out while in use. I'm so aggravated with this product! I bought it so I could walk indoors in bad weather - instead, it's brought about a hospital bill and needed space! I think this all could've been avoided if they had just given me a new product from the beginning instead of expecting everyone else to fix their mistakes! Update: Their customer service did reach out and refund this purchase. The product itself is still not fixed; however, their customer service did make things right and gave me a full refund of this walking pad. So if you want to take the chance and purchase this and it's not satisfactory, I do believe their customer service will take care of things.
