I bought this for my record player and records. First, the instructions were very easy to follow. It says two people, but I put it together by myself with no problems. It took me about an hour. The shelves have different options for where you want to place them, so if you want one shorter shelf and one longer shelf. I put them in the middle. I will say the top shelf is just a smidge shorter than a vinyl record, but if you tilt the record a little, it will go in, and it fits fine (the top of the inside is higher than the top of the front, if that makes sense).     • A solid farmhouse chic accent furniture

I am very pleased with this purchase and so glad I got it. First the packaging was excellent and procreated they item well. This is manufactured wood but the overall quality of the boards is good. The screw holes were aligned well and I did not have to force any of the nails or bolts to get them in. All the pieces lined up well and building this cabinet was pretty easy. I completed this project on my own and it took me 2 hours to finish. You have to flip the entire chest maybe 2-3 times so a second person would be helpful for that. Otherwise it’s easy enough to do on your own. The finished product is great and the unit is sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the sliding door can easily come off its hinges. My 4 year old and husband have both popped it off it’s track when sliding the door open. The track guide does adjust so I have adjusted it so that it fits further into the grove. Hopefully this helps avoid issues with use and an heavy hand. Either way be gentle with the door. I think the sliding door seems to be the weakest/thinned piece in the entire set, which is unfortunate since it’s kind of a major feature of the design. I bought this in white oak, and it is absolutely beautiful. It does wobble a teeny tiny bit, but since they sent a strap to connect it to the wall, I have to give them 5 stars. It was a pain to put together just by myself, so be aware. It holds my 32” TV just fine. I do recommend leaving the back panels out if you are using it as an entertainment center to avoid overheating issues of your electronics. The door slides perfectly back and forth. This cabinet came packaged very well with supportive wooden plates in the box, nothing was damaged or scratched and the delivery was timely. It came with an easy to follow instruction and was easy to put together. The sliding door works very well and the cabinet is sturdy. I love this accent cabinet! I took my time putting together. I put all the pieces in # order, then did all the screws and dowels, let the glue dry then assembled. It was quite easy, probably took 1.5 hrs to do. I am using it to put my daughters coloring books and pencils, markers, crayons. The door slides nice, I use the other side for decor items.
